RedFox70 Appreciation Thread...

Well the wolves are cool ;)

A lot of the Avenger movies were filmed in Cleveland too.

Oh yeah, I forgot there are wolves in Twilight.

I didn't know that  Liverpool is a popular location for movie and television shoots. It's surprising what has been filmed here, although when watching something it's not always easy to recognise the buildings or locations, due to the cleverness of the film crews.

I'm wondering if there's a list somewhere of well known non-studio locations. I remember seeing a film, but not its name, supposedly showing interior scenes at Dulles Airport, but it was actually BWI. Or it was the reverse. Whichever way, they just put up new signs. The film Gods and Generals, which I haven't seen, used several locations around me and when I get time, I'll watch it to see if I can identify them. They put in new sidewalks and lamp posts to make one area fit the time better.

While searching for more info on such things, I found a list of films shot in Liverpool -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_films_and_television_shows_set_or_shot_in_Liverpool. There are also lists of airports in films, but no clues to the one I'm trying to remember.

Good evening, Gatorguy (*8*) Thanks, but, nope, not really. I am relaxing at this late hour though ..|
Gorgeous picture :luv2:

Most beloved cousin (*8*) Can you remember anything else about the movie? If you can, I (or someone else here) might be able to identify it :D

Btw, one of those films shot in Liverpool, Priest, is about a gay priest and there are some scenes shot on the beach, but a little further up from where I go walking :D

^ I was thinking Die Hard 2  i think that was set in Dulles

Yeah, it was set at Dulles Airport, but wasn't filmed there :D

Good evening, dear Ali Cat (*8*)

Good evening, Foxy, (*8*) I hope today has been okay for you with work not too stressful. I’m relaxing and listening to some Irish Folk music this evening.

Good evening, Rob (*8*) Thanks, but work wouldn't be normal if it wasn't stressful!! ](*,) I just have to keep calm and carry on though ;) The good news is that from next Sunday I am off for a week (!)

Do you have to wear a mask now at work? Almost all the stores here are requiring employees to wear masks.

Nope. They are available if employees want to wear them, but most of us don't. A lot of customers come in wearing them though, also gloves. Then there are those people who don't know or care about social distancing ](*,) :##:

Good Monday Afternoon RedFox (*8*)

I hope you are having a wonderful start to the week.

I see you have ordered delivery for dinner.

What did you do to piss off Alistair?

I laughed at him when he forgot to put his pants on again

Good evening, Gatorguy (*8*) Thanks, I've had the day off, so that counts as a good start to the week at least ;) Love the pictures!

(*8*) Good evening my dear Miss Fuzz-Face.

Masks are not too popular here. Rather suffocating when it's 111F. But, we are required to wear them at work which is fine if you are inside. Pity the poor cart pushers working in the parking lot retrieving the shopping carts. I have been stationed in the vestibule where the hot air blows in each time one of the doors open which is all the time.

I have four days off, then will work Friday and Saturday, then five days off. It appears after that it will be back to four on and three off.

Enjoy the week off. I'm sure your nephew will like the walks.

^ I think that's my granpa!

Good evening, Gatorguy (*8*)

Always trying to see me in my underwear ;)

That's because you're such a sexy beast :p  (*8*)

Good evening, my dear Mr. Fluff-Butt (*8*) If I ever get a tattoo, it'll be where people can see it, not covered up all the time ;) That is a very nice one though ..| I don't think I'll be taking the nephew for many walks, unless he stays over that is. Mostly I intend to do things around the house and garden. And rest, lots of rest ..| Try not to melt (or suffocate ) dearest bunny (*8*)

Good evening, Foxy, (*8*) I hope you’ve had a lovely day today. Remember you can walk unlimited distance and times from tomorrow. Same for cycling too - I hope to ride through to York just as soon as the weather improves a bit. Today I had a shorter ride to Walkington and Little Weighton. It was good, and I took two photo’s....
