Cry baby describes him very well. He has a long history of unsavoury behaviour and he is also the kind of manager who encourages negative and unsportsmanlike behaviour in his players. Therefore, he and his team got what they deserved last night, defeat, despite the best efforts of his anti-football and the attempts of the officials to deny us victory.
