I’ve just woken from a nap! 
I hope you had a great Friday, I went for an afternoon walk with a friend. I’m not looking forward to having to lose an hours sleep on Saturday night when the clocks change to BST.

Good evening, Rob Thanks. Losing the hour won't make much difference to me, I'll still sleep badly! At least it means that the evenings will be lighter. I'm hoping it will encourage me to go for walks, with or without the nephew.

Good evening, Foxy, I hope you have had a great day, and are relaxing this evening. I’m okay, and will be going to bed shortly to help make up for the hour lost tonight. I’ve a feeling I won’t sleep too well though. Whenever I go to bed early, I can’t sleep and have to read a book.

Good evening, Foxy. I hope you had a lovely day today, enjoying the good weather. Sadly it’s not going to last with winter returning for Easter Weekend. It gets quite cold from Good Friday, but really very cold from later on Easter Sunday. Snow showers are possible by next Monday!! I sincerely hope they have got it wrong, but I suspect it will be proven right.
Well, despite that, I’m okay, and relaxing this evening after a very busy day.

I had intended to go to the beach but got delayed by a small problem with my car so we went local instead. Although the sun has been out for most of the day, it was quite windy so there were times when it was a bit chilly out there. Thanks, I've had a decent day. I took the nephew out then spent some time back at his house. I had intended to go to the beach but got delayed by a small problem with my car so we went local instead.
