I hope you are finding ways to stay cool in this heat wave.

Well, thankfully the heatwave only lasted a few days, but I did set up the fan and tried not to move around too much (wait, that's pretty normal for me anyway ) and of course drank plenty of cold water.

It's funny you posting that picture as I have just recently had to buy a new washing machine.

I'm not getting very excited about the new season as yet. I think the way last season ended has still got me on a downer. However, I have recently been enjoying the cricket and also the Women's European Championships in football, which is taking place in England and this evening England takes on Germany in the final.

Good afternoon, dear Ali Cat Thanks for the foxes

Hello, Sir Knight Great to see you in here I worry about a lot of people that we don't hear from anymore, but hope that they are just too busy with real life to come here or have simply outgrown the place. In the last year or so I have certainly been spending a lot less time here.
Without going back to previous pages I can't recall what issues I might have referred to, but in general I have had sleep problems and I am a long-term sufferer of depression. Of course being unemployed doesn't help with those issues.

As I mentioned yesterday, the Women's European Football Championships have been taking place in England and in Sunday's final England were facing Germany. Well, the girls only went and did the business!!!

England created history by winning their first major women's tournament in a dramatic Euro 2022 final against old rivals and eight-time champions Germany at Wembley.
