Good evening, Rob Believe me, the extra money isn't worth the hassle. Monday was going okay, until my last customer decided to be a bitch. As a person with a highly sensitive nature, the incident has really upset me and spoiled my week 
It wasn't a huge incident and I know I shouldn't let it get to me so much, but I really can't help it.

The only consolation is that we didn't lose. I followed it on the radio and haven't seen any of the key incidents yet, but from the radio commentary there were at least 2 major incidents that could/should have gone differently, in our favour, therefore the final result could have been very different.

Dan, thanks for making me laugh I wish! Unfortunately I'm not allowed to do that! She made a complaint to a supervisor, who then told my manager. They did speak to me about it, but were very nice and understanding.
