I’ve just woken from a nap:p:lol: But my teeth and gums were given a 100% rating from my dentist today and I’m most pleased about that.

Good evening, Rob (*8*) :kiss: I'm glad to hear that your mouth has been given a clean bill of health! ..| I've had a decent day, I did manage to take the nephew for a walk, but it was a shortish, local walk and not to the beach. He doesn't do well on hot days, he has to keep stopping and have a rest. He's not like that when we go to the beach though and we always spend much longer down there.

Thanks. Yes, the title race was over before the last day, but we had to cling on to that last glimmer of hope. On to the Champions League Final now and hopefully we can bring that lovely big trophy back home ..|
I am enjoying the sunshine, it's certainly better than freezing temperatures, strong winds and torrential rain! :lol:
