I had a nap in the afternoon and woke up thinking it was Wednesday! :lol: A funny thing has happened regarding my arm and back issues. Since that journey on the train to York yesterday, all pain and discomfort has vanished. Just like magic! I honestly cannot explain it except, perhaps, the train, as it ran along the rails, gave it a massage. Well, whatever, it’s a huge relief.
