Good evening l Foxy. I hope work has gone smoothly for you today, and I’m glad it went as well as it did yesterday for you. I managed a good bike ride today, and found out that Beverley is hosting the World Cycling Championships on the 21st of September.

Good afternoon, Foxy. I’m glad work was not too bad yesterday and I hope it’s not too manic today. Keep warm in the cold weather. . I’m ok and have had an average Monday, if there is such a thing!
I hope to attend those cycling championships as a spectator. Should be interesting to see them, they usually are.

Good evening, Rob That's a lovely picture, regardless of the wrong caption We were ridiculously understaffed in work today. I think something really screwed up when they compiled the rota I think the rest of the week should be better in that respect though, but Saturday is looking like it will be even worse
