I hope you are doing well today.

I will not be posting much because I am not feeling well. It is taking me a longer time to type out things because my hands are shaking. After I type I have to go back over it to correct my mistakes. I still could not sleep last night, I have been thirsty, peeing a lot, shaky hands and a little unsteady when i walk. I am drinking a lot more water just in case it is dehydration. I will contact the doctor if it continues.

Hope you've had a chat with the doc. Mom kinda ran into the same thing, and was told she was drinking too much water all at once. Better to do the same overall amount but in smaller "doses" through out the day. That way, her system would maintain electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and such, rather than flushing them out in bigger spurts.

Don't know if that's what you're experiencing, and I'm certainly no medic. So ... don't listen to me that much, and do get in touch with someone who really knows what they're talking about and doing.

Feeling much better today. Some if the symptoms were the same when I was dehydrated the last time except for the sleeplessness. I had a water day yesterday and I thing that is what mad me feel better.

It appears your lads where not at their best, but the win still counts. And the 7 point lead.

Jurgen Klopp has revealed he almost substituted match-winner Georginio Wijnaldum before his goal earned Liverpool a 1-0 win at Sheffield United.

With the Reds engaged in a goalless war of attrition just past the hour mark at Bramall Lane, the German looked to his bench for attacking inspiration.

Divock Origi was the man selected to shake things up, though he replaced a midfielder in Jordan Henderson, rather than a fellow forward.

Although the Belgian did not score, it was a clearance from his cross that led to Wijnaldum volleying somewhat fortuitously through Dean Henderson’s legs to claim all three points.



But the goalscorer was so nearly sat in the visiting dugout at that crucial moment, as Klopp explained after full-time.

The manager said: “It was an offensive change. We had the opportunity either way, Hendo or Gini, both worked hard, for both it was not an easy game.

“We made the right decision - Gini stayed on the pitch and scored!

“We wanted to change our approach, actually. Bobby finally between the lines but also an option in behind with Mo.

“We needed to defend the wings properly because they came there constantly, that’s why we needed Sadio and then Milner on that wing.

“Div made a proper impact when he came on, I have to say, that was really helpful that we could pass the ball there for one-on-one situations. I think he crossed the ball before the goal as well?”

Wijnaldum’s goal ensured Liverpool extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to eight points, despite not playing their best football in Yorkshire.

It was a performance that offered a stark contrast to that put in by their main challengers, Manchester City, as they thrashed Watford 8-0 last weekend.

But, when asked if hard-fought victories such as these show that his team have all the qualities needed to win the title, Klopp replied: “I don’t know exactly what you need for that, I forgot, it’s too long ago! But winning on the cloudy days is especially valuable, for sure.

“Eight times 1-0 is more important than one time 8-0, let me say it like this. Unfortunately, they don’t win only one game 8-0, we all know that.

“But if you give me a guarantee for it, I take the next eight games [1-0] but it is difficult.

“We are very critical for ourselves but it is not the moment for being critical, you just have to respect the effort we put in because that is exactly what we had to do.

“I said before the game, is it allowed that Sheffield United fights more than us? No, and they didn’t. Did they run more? No.

“That was important. If you do that, then you can have a chance to deserve the three points and that’s what we did.

“You need always around goals a bit of luck, it’s just this time it looks like we needed extreme luck because of that specific situation.

“Chris [Wilder] is right, we can play better. I don’t think we had an off-day because today it was much more important that we are really ready to fight than play our best football.

“Your best football, you play in moments; fight, you do for 95 minutes. That’s what we did and that’s how we deserved it.”
