The floods seem to have not got any worse today, and the railway between Doncaster and Leeds has reopened. But the destruction left by all of yesterday’s rain and flooding is all too clear. Many photo’s and videos have been posted all over the web. Here’s one photo’ which shows some of the flooded town centre in Worksop:
I hope that it will never happen again. But I suppose it will...

I certainly hope that the floods will go quickly, and that people can return to their homes in time for Christmas.

Good evening, Foxy, I hope you have had a great day today and that work was not too difficult. I’m glad your boys had a big win, and it’s great to be 8 points in the lead at the top of the table. I just hope that can be replicated for the rest of the season. In rugby league, Hull FC had a good start the last two seasons, but then fell down, with it all going belly up, and hardly any points scored for the last eight games.
Anyway, I’m ok and I had a rousing bike ride today - thankfully, I did not see any flooding, but then I guess wouldn’t have, since it’s South Yorkshire that’s suffered from it.
Well it’s more heavy rain tonight, and I hope it won’t cause new problems.

The rain has returned this evening though, but thankfully not severe. Thanks for saying that about my boys There's still a long way to go though and the lads will still have to fight hard for every point.
