And today I had my first sighting of our Hallowe'en stock. It's been warmer today and it looks as though temperatures and conditions are going to be up and down for at least the next week. We'll probably get another mini-heatwave before winter sets in properly! 
I promise not to mention ‘it’ again until much nearer the time!

, I wish I had half your energy! I know that going for a walk regularly would make me feel better, but most of the time I lack motivation, even when I have plenty of time to do so. Mind you, I am still suffering with my foot problem and also occasional knee discomfort
