I was wrong, not 115F everyday, today it was 117F.

Good evening my dear Miss Fuzz-Face. :kiss: Only a kiss today, it's too hot to hug.

But I can't complain, at Death Valley, a couple hundred miles north west of me, it was 130F. There in 1913 the highest temperature ever recorded on Earth was 134F.


I think you should come for a visit to get away from that cold, gloomy English weather :lol:

Good morning, Foxy,(*8*):kiss: I hope you had a great weekend, and are not too disappointed with England’s result. I’m doing well, and will soon be having some lunch. Sadly the Covid virus is wrecking the rugby league fixtures, and many matches are postponed until much later in the season. Hopefully next Saturdays Challenge Cup Final will be able to go ahead as scheduled.

I've been dealing with dental issues for over a year and recently they have gotten much worse. Thankfully, I had an appointment last Wednesday and we decided that I needed 2 extractions, a filling and a cleaning. Initially the next available appointments weren't until September but the receptionist assured me that they had been getting a lot of cancellations and so she would prioritise me. The following morning they phoned me to say they had a slot for that afternoon if I could make it. I did and I had the 2 extractions. I feel glad and relieved that they've been done, but of course I am experiencing a lot of pain and have to be careful with what and how I eat. The pain is subsiding but I'm also missing out on sleep (not unusual for me *%%*) but that's not entirely due to the mouth pain. Hopefully once I've healed up I will feel more like my old self because life has been really difficult in recent months, for a number of reasons, and my mental health is really troubling me.

I had all four wisdom teeth extracted at once, so I know the pain you feel.

Limiting what you can eat is sure a mood killer. Pureed mice can't be good. :(
