Good news tonight. I just got off the phone with Billy T. He is home at his sister's house and resting comfortably with much reduced pain. He will post in FG soon when he is rested and settled.

Talked with dynk earlier and the big storm passed by Boston and just the edge hit him. No damage.

You're being rather unfair to my lads. The opponents intention today was to not lose the match, even before the sending off. Actually, them losing a player hurt us more than it hurt them. This is quite often the strange phenomena in footy matches, where the side that has a player sent off digs deep and somehow resists their opponents efforts. However, as I said, they came to not lose and were doing everything they could to spoil the match for my lads, including being *injured*, which occurred freqently, particularly when the boys had positive passages of play. Oh and of course, aside from the award of the penalty and the sending off - which only came about due to the ref being advised by VAR - the officials were mostly against my lads.
On the whole though, a draw against that lot is actually a good result, so we have to take that positivity from today.
