I didn't intend to be absent from the site for such a long time and I apologise to you all for that. It's not been any one thing in particular that has kept me away. Generally speaking, I am in good health but am a long-term sufferer of depression and in addition to that I have sleep issues and also suffer from eyestrain if I spend too much time on the computer. This causes headaches which, while not severe (I've certainly suffered horrendours ones in the past), are still extremely uncomfortable and therefore causes me to restrict my computer use even further.
It saddens me that I can no longer spend as much time on here as I have done in days gone by, but that's just the way it is and all good things must come to an end. I will still try to contribute when and where I can.
