What is wrong with appreciating our nation's history?

She was a decent woman and all the older generations that I know praised her which led to me enjoying her work.

She knew how to be a good prime minister. She deserves to be discussed 100 years from now.
 

This was horrible. A sad day but she got a good send off.

May she live on in our hearts.

Nothing wrong with appreciating our nations history Max.

I believe it is a given that we will never agree on our opinions of her.

However, even i can appreciate the mark she made on the landscape of British politics, thanks for responding to my question...

I don't know anyone in person who's praised her in front of me. We clearly know quite different members of older generations. She does seem to have a love/hate reputation like Marmite or Franco Francisco.

There are a lot of people who talk about what a good woman they thought she was and they also have a fan forum for her somewhere on the internet.
