I’m okay, but ready to go to bed. The group about anxiety was most helpful. Next week it’s about depression and how to cope with it.
I also got to Scarborough, on the train today. It was great to enjoy the sea air. I also bought some delicious homemade chocolates. Yum, yum!

Well, I hope to be enjoying the sexy studs you sent me last night later on tomorrow. . I hope you enjoyed the studs I sent you.

Happy Hump Day, RM, I hope you have been having a lovely Hump Day. I have sent you the hot email, plus the email full of sexy studs. I love the pic of that guy showing a big bulge which you posted last night. Very hot!

I’m okay, and had a walk with Andrew in the afternoon. It’s sad times though, with big retail chains possibly closing down in the near future. The high street looks like it will be largely empty. I think it’s a combination of the pandemic, the cost of living crisis, and people shopping online, etc.,

I have enjoyed the hot studs you sent me last night, and I hope you have enjoyed the studs which I sent you.

Good Thursday morning, RM!

I hope everything is going well with you.

Rob, I'm glad you're getting something out of your group on anxiety and depression. I find that for myself, I look at them as opposite sides of the same coin. About 20 years ago I had a friend take me to his depression group. I was thinking that sure I'll go, I've had issues with depression. Turns out it was actually a bipolar support group, with many of them having had to file bankruptcy from out-of-control spending during their manic phases. I realized that we were dealing with a whole 'nother animal here.

I see you like to go take in the seaside air at Scarborough. The Atlantic is 5 miles from my house, and it's nice to get out there once in a while, even if I don't swim. It's sad to walk through business districts when everything is closing down. We've certainly seen plenty of that here in the States, with downtowns being abandoned in the 60s and 70s when all the suburban malls were being built, and in recent years when all the malls are now closing down and being abandoned. It seems everyone is now ordering everything on Amazon. But I think you miss something if you don't get out and visit the stores yourself and check out the merchandise, and be around all the other people shopping.

Well, I will start by saying, in the morning, all the images on JUB had become not visible. They seem to be back this evening. I will try sending you the train pic etc later on in this thread.
I’ve had a good day, and got plenty of chores done, including defrosting the fridge freezer. I’m looking ahead to the weekend and I’m hoping to get to the annual model railway exhibition at Doncaster. It promises to be quite expensive as usual!

Now, that sounds most interesting about how that visit to a depression help group turned out to be a bi polar group. No such issue with the one I am going to. And we are to discuss the issue of depression next Tuesday. It should be most helpful.

It’s so sad about those physical shops and bigger stores on the high street closing down. And our government don’t seem to be at all concerned about it. It will be Amazon and Ebay , and having to wait in for things being delivered that we will be left with. You’re right that being around other people in the shops is much more human, and just a better experience.
Visits to the coast are so good. That sea air is so bracing as we call it here.

Well, RM, with the pics not showing, or not being able to be seen properly, I was not able to enjoy the sexy studs which I know you sent me last night. But I hope things are now back to normal and I look forward to enjoying them tomorrow.
I hope you were able to see and enjoy the studs I sent you.

That hot PM hot the spot just right. I'll get my email issue sorted ASAP, but this crazy weather change has caused me to wake up with headaches two mornings in a row. Thankfully I have aspirin at the ready, but it's still annoying. We'll be cold again by Wednesday. Our weather yo-yo's more than Oprah's weight in the 80s and 90s! Well, I got to Doncaster, and it was heaving in the exhibition hall! Someone suggested a rota system with X number of people going in a morning, and then Y number of people in an afternoon. I can’t really see that working somehow.
Anyway, as feared I spent too much money, but I think it was worth it. Tomorrow I will post a couple of photo’s of some model carriages I bought.

I have not had time to enjoy the sexy studs you sent me last night, but I’m looking forward to a long, hot edging session tomorrow afternoon! . I will make good use of all of them.

I was so annoyed this evening. I'd just finished dinner and was back on the phone to sort out my email issue when the power went out. Fortunately it didn't take as long to get it back on since it was early evening, but the power just came back nearly 30 minutes ago and I'll have to wait a bit longer to get it fixed. Thanks for being understanding about it and the delicious PM's you've sent me here! I missed the Super Bowl halftime show, but according to Twitter Kendrick Lamar played in Trump's face and that orange tub of didn't like it. LOL!

Anyway, glad you made it to the cemetery and I posted the new pics earlier in the day.

Hello from the City of Champions!
I did not go out last night. Madness. It was bad enough the neighbors set off firecrackers/fireworks deep into the night.

But I went to Giant Food locally today and it's just a good vibe around here.

Personally, I'm a little down and didn't feel like posting...but I'm coming around. Today is a beautiful winter day here, 40°f (5°c) and I'm healthy so maybe it's time to count blessings!

I’m okay, despite the damp, cold, cloudy weather, and it’s forecast to be more of the same for the next two weeks or so!
