@Araucaria, speaking of Marvin Gaye's murder, I did some reading myself and not sure what the real story is surrounding the circumstances either, but one things for sure. That father/son dynamic was beyond toxic. I read the memoir of his last wife and Marvin dad sounded like a deviant freak. She also alleged that Marvin could be a pervert at times too, but nowhere near the level of his father. Incredible singer, damaged soul. 😞

Ooh, baseball!

Today is sunny here, but cold and windy. Only 44°f (7°c) at 2 pm!

I'm going to see the Yankees play the Royals next Monday night. It should be a little warmer then in NYC.

I'm glad your Monday went well! It's now "the most productive day of the week," and all I've done is delete email. Not the spam so much as the ads for discount hockey tickets...that expired in February. Or the news briefs from March.
