Take a guess at what happened to me just before midnight last night. That's right, the power went out again! :mad: It'd been raining for 10 to 15 minutes beforehand, but fortunately this blackout lasted for less than hour. Rain is in the forecast the whole weekend so y'all please pray that it doesn't go out again please! :(

Thanks for the support and info, John! :kiss: Yeah, switching power companies might not help, but I want to know why these power outages keep happening. We usually get one, maybe two, that last for half an hour during the summer, but this summer is just ridiculous. Hope you're keeping cool too! :)

Today was a sad day because my uncle died this afternoon. He'd been dealing with serious health issues over the last few years and I know in my heart that he's in a better place with no pain or physical limitations, but of course it won't make us miss him any less. No official word on when the funeral will take place, but I think it might be Saturday. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers, my friends.
