I'm almost home. While I was gone, one of my young coworkers passed away suddenly. I don't know how. But there's a memorial tonight at a schoolyard a few miles from me, so I will go. I liked Lavaun.

Passing through pretty but boring Pennsylvania farmland. It's weird I've been so far but never left the state.

Yeah, I do tend to like rock, but I also like pop, soul/R&B, vocals, or a blend of these elements. As for country, I tend to like some of the older country, like Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline, but I don't much care for the more modern, "militant" country. They seem to be stuck in this "Ah'm proud to be a redneck twang twang!" bullshit mentality. :rotflmao:

I don't listen to much country, but the "keep things the way they are" attitude from the militant purists has confused me. It's possible to grow and expand without losing one's roots.

I heard about that too, but unfortunately it's been on hold since 2021. Found another B-side I'll post later.
