Hi RM! This week is flying by.

Saturday is the reunion for my high school's music department. Many of us will be in a chorus. I'm looking forward to it even if I haven't seen many of these people in over 40 years. The high school has been replaced by a new building on the site.

And next Tuesday I go to a concert in Philadelphia. Bright Light Bright Light (you know I'm a longtime fan) and Ariana and the Rose are performing.

I'm glad you avoided flooding and power outages. Hope your week ends well.

So let’s have a train pic. It shows 37170 and another one, on a down empty mgr train, in October, 1983. I will explain that MGR stands for Merry Go Round. It is a coal train which used to send coal to power stations, and did not stop when the wagons were unloaded. Hence the name.

We had a little rainstorm yesterday afternoon and it knocked the cable out. So thankful I still have electricity, but I do miss having some TV noise in the background while doing things around the house. Saturday was a great day for me, a reunion of my high school music department alumni. We made a chorus, rehearsed all day with a break for lunch, and performed at 4 pm. It was interesting to see the replacement high school on the site...it's quite nice. I had not seen these people in almost 50 years! How did THAT happen? I like them!!

Tomorrow I go into Center City for a concert. So excited.
