Well, today I went to Hull and bought a couple of Hull FC rugby shirts. They were in a sale at half price and brand new. ;)
In the afternoon I was out with friends and bought a new jacket. I know, I have spent some money, but but it’s things which I have been considering about for some time. Not impulse buys.
And on Saturday I will be in Hull for the railway exhibition, but also at the Hull FC store to meet some of the team. I will get them to autograph the shirts.

When I saw these pictures, my first response was hey, wasn't he in some early 80s porn movies?

I can definitely see his mom Jackie in him.

BTW, it would have been his 65th, not 60th birthday. He wouldn't have been around for that famous picture of him as a toddler, saluting at his father's funeral.

Hi RM! I haven't checked in for a little while but everything's OK.
I've planned an adventure tomorrow. Headed to Brooklyn to explore the Sunset Park neighborhood. Anne Kadet, who writes Cafe Anne on Substack, featured the neighborhood. When I told her I didn't know the area but would check it out, she raved. "You will have so much fun."
