Oprah has controlling interest of OWN which means she has creative control...Remember she bought "The Oprah Winfrey Show" years ago because she could afford the price-tag & she wanted to do the show her way...

I don't see Oprah shaking hands with the people @ Discovery Communications without letting them know she has the Biggest Balls in the deal..

I feel OWN should go after Montel Williams (With his Sexy-self)..After 17yrs CBS dropped him like a bad habit..Montel had the best A.M talk show in my opinion...I'd always record the Psychic "Sylvia Brown" episodes...

I would agree with you...if it were anyone else but Discovery Communications.

I'm gaining a new respect for her. She seems to have calmed down some....

I kind of liked angry dyke Rosie. It seemed like she spent so much time playing "Nice, non-confrontational, non-sexual lesbian the straight people like," that bottling her real feelings got to be a problem.

Maybe she can walk a moderate line between cloyingly sweet and scaring the heterosexuals.

I identified with Rosie from day 1

Oh, so did I...

Even before her talk show I saw her doing her stand-up act on VH1 and she was riffing on a memory of a song from an episode of "The Flintstones", ("Here we come on the run with a burger on a bun, and a dab of coleslaw on the side....") and referred to it as useless crap that just bounced around, trapped in her brain and way back then I thought to myself, "My God. There are other people out there like me !"

I've always felt sort of bonded to her ever since.

I told her to get over the Letterman joke, because she's supposed to be a comedian.

and she said she was over it, but didn't find it funny.

I never had anyone famous reply to a tweet. I didn't even know if they could see it if they weren't following you.

I think I recall that Yoko does respond to people, so who knows, but she has 1.8 million people so most likely auto.
