Rubber Wristbands- Any Meaning?

They tend to have meanings in and of themselves, but unless you happen to know for a fact what one means, it's not much help. The yellow ones, for instance, almost certainly means the Lance Armstrong cancer foundation. It may mean they're fighting cancer, someone they love is fighting cancer, or they just support the cause.

The rainbow ones almost certainly mean the wearer is gay. After that, you're on your own. Best bet - ask. "That's a cool bracelet. Does the color mean anything?"

Lex

That's me.

Urf, these bracelets annoy me. Everyone seems to wear them, but they don't mean any one thing in particular. I'll agree with some of the other posters, that it's just a fad - albeit a nice one, considering that most people are making a statement about decent things.

I'm fairly sure that the colours themselves don't mean anything. A friend of mine has a white one mourning Michael Jackson's death, which is lovely, but it seems rather random.

Lex,
It was great today having you remind me in this post of your no nonsense way of addressing this kind of question. You are a treasure, and the information is reliable. I do wear the cancer bracelets, three for various friends who are in treatment and surviving.

I was going to give some smartass reply like I do not wear rubbers on my hands, but my cock, in a strange place, makes no entry without a rubber of whatever color.
