Russian Invasion of Ukraine

and after Saldo said that it was a non-military building hit in Skadovsk....

footage emerged showing dead rrrZZZinz in uniform splayed across the wreckage....

Always a good day when the projected losses for Rf are over the 1K mark, the equipment losses are high and there are ships sunk.

In return of course, rrrZZia had bombarded Ukraine with shaheds and missiles.

Musk continues to show that he is the Kremlin's mouthpiece.

His words are disgusting when you think of the tens of thousands of people slaughtered by rrrZZZia in Mariupol and the other areas they invaded.

It seems like billionaires are always happy to give away other people's countries and lives...

And his expression of sympathy for rrrZZZia's youth is sickening.

In temporarily occupied Melitopol, partisans blew up a ruZZian headquarters in a Nova Poshta building. According to the GUR, the attack was carried out during a meeting of FSB and Russian Guard officers and three officers reportedly killed.

Ukraine has warned rrrZZZia that they may attack the RF oil and gas infrastructure if Mokba intensifies shelling of the Ukrainian power system this winter according to Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko.

Of course, I think they should have put this on the table last year as a one for one reprisal.

This is interesting. And the Kremlin is denying it so it is likely true. This was released by the RF...and then taken down.

"Having assessed the situation, the command of the Dnipro group decided to move its troops to more favorable positions east of the Dnipro, (the Russian Defense Ministry said). After the regrouping, the group will release some of its forces, which will be used for offensive operations in other direction."

For a long time, it has been clear that RF cannot commit resources to Kherson all along the Dnipro. It is just too long and too hard to defend once UA crosses it. Which they now have. This could be a feint, but UA has depleted so many of the RF resources in Kherson region and it doesn't have the miles of doubled and tripled RF defensive trench networks that Zaporizhzhia has.

I think that rrrZZia may have given up on Kherson as an objective and will try to hold Crimea, Zaporhizhia, Donetsk and Luhansk as the prizes for this round...with the intention to again play a longer game to one day take Kherson.

And I could be dead wrong in this...but the Adviivka offensive is sucking up everything the rrrrZZians have right now.

If they hadn't blown up the dam at Nova Khakova, the canal would have been more of an obstacle if they retreat east...but perhaps they are viewing as a defensive trench at this point.

Meanwhile...the meat grinder at Adviivka continues to process mobiks.

I should mention that one of the reasons I am skeptical about RF withdrawal of troops away from Dnipro (which they will never be able to hold is that any advance into Kherson will mean that Crimea comes closer in range for UA missiles...although as we've seen they are already able to fire ATACMS into Sevastapol and remove the Black Sea Fleet, so maybe this is the realization the RF has finally come to accept?

An F-16 pilot and training centre has been established at a base in Romania for NATO and Ukrainian pilots.

The F-16's can't start flying soon enough and hopefully will be used to first clear and take back eastern Kherson.

UA is closer to interdicting traffic on M-14 by having it under fire control. This is an important goal to attain. It could be a hard slog through the forested area though...even though there aren't fortifications showing.

critical east/west route
I am wondering now if the Rf is re-positioning forces before M14 is no longer possible to use to move equipment and forces eastwards. UA keeps making gains toward the south and will surely cut off M14 to the west. Already the smaller route to Kozachi Loheri and the other riverside bases is cut off, leaving only a few roads leading to the south to M14. So the moment that route is cut...the RF essentially become stranded.

A clearer idea of what the Krynky forest is like...probably all the vehicle routes are mined, but it is actually a highly permeable forest, so progress toward the M14 could be attained as long as RF doesn't pull up everything it has to the point where it bends to the west. If they do...it is a bad trap for the UA to find themselves in.

The tally last week. Over 220 pieces of RF equipment.

And while rrrZZZia can only draw on its existing supply...Ukraine is receiving more equipment every day from the west to backstop the losses.

Ukraine is asking for information silence in Kherson but say that they are pushing the RF back from the Dnipro. And gains along the bank continue to be reported. The M14 still isn't cut below Krynky, but the towns along the left bank are increasingly under fire control.

Apparently RF is setting up new defensive line at the M14having accepted that they can't drive UA back across the Dnipro.

BTW...the SU 25 shot down near Adviivka was the 8th one in a month. This has to hurt rrrZZZia since they can't replace these.

Brutal day for the RF yesterday near Adviivka and along the front.

One reason for the higher numbers yesterday but not reported widely or showing up on maps yet, was a UA HIMARS strike on a Ruzzzn base about 36km from the Dnipro front, apparently taking out ammunition, equipment and a large number of RF forces.

Ukraine says that there are over 800 missiles now stockpiled in Crimea for the attacks on energy and electrical systems this winter.

That must mean they know where they are.

That must mean that the co-ordinates are marked.

That must mean that there will be some spectacular HIMARS and ATACMS strikes planned if RF has any of them range.

I am puzzled, RF know they can no longer load them in Sevastopol.

Today, Ukraine has confirmed that the UA has gained a foothold along the west bank of the Dnipro. There are pics now of some very key pieces of equipment being destroyed and lots of pics of RF dead and fleeing. Also reports of more large explosions in Sevastopol and Tokmak. The RF have made some gains north of Adviivka though so the thousands of mobiks they are throwing at the assault apparently are worth it to the Kremlin.
