I'm so sick of seeing stupid people commenting. Some people need to be educated on the subject of gender identity, transgenders and transsexuals before they open their mouth.

"Gender identity" does not change the fact that the tranny has a dick, and women are not comfortable with someone who has a dick using their bathroom. If the tranny had the surgery and is an almost woman, then that is different, but a tranny with a dick is stiill a man and shouldn't use the women's bathroom.

Yes use the man's bathroom... see what kind of reaction some men would give. In the neighborhood where my friend lives, a transsexual was beaten and hospitalized in the mens bathroom at a restaurant. Obviously she did what you said. That was in inglewood. That wasn't video taped... so it didn't get the attention of this one.

She was beaten by two thugs... one was 6'2" and 250 pounds... muscular guy obviously. turns out he did a few years for a previous assault and is a member from a local gang in the area... from what I remember of the case.

A Philadelphia man who was wrongfully accused of rape (the real perp was caught later) was beaten to a bloody pulp by angry townspeople who just KNEW that he was the guilty party.

Now the guy has a big fat lawsuit against the police department because they're partially responsible for the mistaken identity. If folks let the police do their job instead of insisting on being judge, jury and executioner of a person they'd never met, this could've been avoided.

Telsie it doesn't work like that, who will insure Mcdonald's if they give their staff the green light to get physical? In all reality things like this can happy anywhere at any time. Those people aren't paid enough to be cops, that's why we have actual cops. In fact they can lose their jobs for getting involved physically.

Do I think it's admirable when people step up and do the right thing? Yes, but that could've put the employees in danger. You saw how many times the girls came back? Those employees have their own families that they need to go home to, and rules that they have to obey to keep their job aka livelihood.

If this happened on the street I'd be more pissed about lack of intervention, but those girls could've had guns in their purses, do they seem like they'd have been shy to use it?
