Thanks My JUB Friends!

I have had a very challenging day at a hospital where I have two friends as heart patients. The first is a man who is around forty who has a heart virus and will have to have a transplant ASAP. I am hopeful, but it is at best a very long shot.

The other is a friend who is seventy-nine who had quadruple bypass surgery today, and I just got in about a half hour ago. I am optomistic for her and the doctor seemed to think the surgery went well.

Please know I would have loved to be free to notice this thread sooner. And now it is a really nice ending to a very challenging day. Thanks.

So far on this eleventh day of Christmas, my forty year old friend is struggling along as he awaits to see if a heart is available for a transplant. My older friend at seventy-nine is doing well after her quadruple bypass surgery. You gotta have heart.

For those who want to pray for them the man is Jason and the woman is named Joanne.

Today, things are looking more hopeful for my friends, one is doing very well, and the other is doing better than expected. Maybe prayer does make a difference, but yes, I know that love and kindness do make a difference, without them I would never have seen the long and good life I have enjoyed.

Today is the twelfth day of Christmas. I have written a gay version of the song, but I am unsure where to post it. Should I start a separate thread and encourage others to join the creativity and offer their own versions? Or should I just append it to one of our existing threads? It is also seasonal and may not get noticed? What think you my friends?
