This spring was the worse health struggle and bout of depression since my horrendous car crash in 2000 that left me cripled for a while and also deaf for a while. Thanks for encouraging me.

I am the best I have felt in about a year.

Finally, I promise with all my heart to try to let go of this compulsive habit of so many posts, and try to relax and enjoy your friendship more. Thanks.

BTW my partner and I leave in the morning for a short trip that will keep me away until next Tuesday, so keep things going in my absence.
