Indeed I have not been here at this thread very much of late. In part because my mind has been under the influence of pain killers after my near exit on November 22nd, when a driver (on a cell phone, of course), threw the car into gear the instant I stepped behind it on the way into a large supermarket. I was bumped to the ground, and feared for my life. If I had not yelled at the top of my voice, "NO!" My requiem would have been held weeks ago.

Three times now I have just missed checking out early. I am slowly getting better, and my doctor was content with my progress when he saw me today. I still want to be more free of pain, so we are trying something different. I already hope I see some progress. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

I hope to start to be on a different routine here, very soon!
