Should I be embarrased?

If you loose some weight you could gain some inches. I did I lost 60 lbs and gained 1-1/2 inches just from losing the pubic fat.
 
thanks! Me and a friend are going to workout every morning this summer. I wanna lose about 80-90 lbs. that would get me down to around 140. How did you go about losing weight?

eat less and eat healthy and be active to very active.

Cut down on junk/fast food. Cut out soda, drink water instead (i carry a empty Sobe glass bottle with me and just fill it with water at the water fountain). Try not to snack. Dont eat 2 hours before going to bed. Instead of eatting a few large meals, turn them into more smaller meals. Try walking to places instead of driving when they are close by.

These are jsut some stuff i always hear people say or i read on websites. These are also stuff i try to follow
 
Never ever be embarrassed about something you cannot change. Now the weight, possibly, because that can be changed. As for the size of your penis, it looks normal. Take some time and look around at some of the other pics posted on these forums and I am sure you will change your mind. (Tiny Dick's entries come to mind). Just embrace what you have and be happy. You have to much going for you to worry about such things.

YES, Water is your friend, get a good water bottle and drink it as much as you can. I have been snacking on a few carrots and filling up with water through out the day. Try to get at least one good meal in 2-4 hours before you go to bed.
