Skills that are attractive

funny you mention that because most guys around my campus that long board are so sexy. today i stared at two guys that had their long boards with them :P

Maybe you should come to California. Every other guy I know either surfs, skateboards, or both.

I guess the no effeminacy leads us on to something. I myself am not attracted by effeminate men, but I have nothing against them. Hearing people brag about their own straight acting-ness, then go on telling how they dislike the flaming homos/queens/feminine men, saying they put "us" in a bad light.

First thing of all, I'm uncertain if there even is an "us". Of course there is a gay movement, but apart from that every gay man is an individual, and should expect to be judged based upon that, and not all the other gay men. [Blablabla..you know where I'm going.] I'm quite bothered by this, because I've heard it from so many otherwise intelligent and nice people.

..and to my point for one of the most attractive "skills" I know of: Open mindedness. Being open to new ideas and curious to try unknown things. Not necessarily dismiss controvercial or different ideas, but rather consider them and make up an individual opinion, not based on what others might say or do. Or something like that.

Though, it's important to remember a certain distinction; there's a difference between an open mind and a hole in the head.
