I've started the slim fast diet.
And at the moment im happy to say im very dedicated and commited to it, but im worrying the same ld milkshakes a day are going to get to me.
Im already getting bored of the two flavours i bought.
Anyone had any experiance with it before, i've lost 4 pounds in 5 days but ive also been doing exercise.
would i be better off just watching what i eat and exercising instead of the shakes ??
