kinda curious what you guys think of guys who smoke!

i smoke pretty lightly, like 2-4 cigs a day, and am trying to keep it to that as a maximum. mostly it's because some of my friends do. if i only hung out with non-smokers i'd probably quit pretty quickly

Turn off. I have had pretty bad asthema since I was a baby.

Nothing like a smoke filled room to make your dick soft.

No thanks.

Quit now. If you love anything in this world, quit now.

yeah i've only been doing it a couple months and don't intend to do it for too long. i just prefer to try stuff before knocking it

I've spent approx. 18,250 dollars on cigarettes. And I've got nothing to show for it but smoke.

I've been smoking fairly heavily for about 4 years, and I'm seriously thinking about quitting. But I find men who smoke increeeeedibly sexy.

I've switched to electronic cigarettes and haven't bought a pack since.

They've amazing. No smell. No fire hazard. I can smoke in my room without smelling up the room. No bad breath. No tar. No getting out of breath. No smoker's cough.

Kinda curious; to the people who said they wouldn't date a smoker. If they smoked electronic cigarettes would you still have a problem with it?

Sorry, but you're not going to avoid getting addicted if you only smoke a couple of cigarettes a day, but as long as you understand that, it's fine with me.

I wouldn't mind an e-cig smoker, but I couldn't be around a smoker. Mostly because of sinus trouble, and because i'd probably be tempted to start again. :p

I would never put a cigarette in my mouth and would prefer that my date didn't smoke. But it's not a deal breaker.

Electronic cigarettes offer the oral fixation and throat hit you get from a regular cigarette but they contain no smoke. Just vapor.

They give you nicotine, which by itself isn't nearly as bad for you as all the other chemicals that come with tobacco cigs. This girl in the video and other reviews I watched convinced me to switch over and there really isn't an excuse to smoke a real cigarette anymore but I've talked to some people who say they still prefer regular cigs. I think that's stupid. I'm happy with my e-cig.

I just wish I knew more about the long term effects of nicotine by itself but it can't be anywhere near as bad as all the tar and chemicals you're getting from regular ones.

I would never smoke, nor would I be with somebody who did. The health risks are serious and the smell is terrible.

 I'd never heard of Electronic Cigarettes before now, I wonder why they're not more widely advertised? Especially as a tool to help quit -- Though I'm sure patches and gum help more for that, I guess I just answered my own question.

Better to get rid of smoking all together than to just have LESS health risks.

OT: I hate the smell, and I'm baffled by the idea that someone can knowingly cause so much potential harm to themselves. Sounds harsh but, deal breaker.[-X

I might smoke when at the bar and a friend offers me one. Sometimes I would take a pack with me to have for the purposes of socializing, offering to people I meet or on the occasion of being asked for one by an attractive person who might return the gesture by buying me a drink. But it seems like everyone I know smokes.
Sometimes I will have a cigarette in the bath because I find it relaxing. I only buy American Spirits, which I enjoy the smell of. Otherwise, I don't really consider myself a smoker.
I might have a cigarette every month or two, if that. Someone considering this a turn-off would be severely overreacting.
I would never let my breath or my clothes or my home perpetually smell of cigarette smoke.

They're not FDA approved so they can't be advertised, and they're not sold as a product to help you quit smoking. People who buy them use them to sustain their habit but get rid of all the health risks associated with regular smoking.

Yeah quitting smoking all together is better but it's easier said than done. I use my e-cig because I like smoking but I don't want all the other crap that comes along with regular cigarettes. Espeically the smell.

Hmm I see, I guess I just assumed that would be the main purpose people would use them for; weaning themselves off whilst still getting that feeling of smoking you don't get with gum/patches etc.

The government has banned them in Australia. Apparently they think it may cause youth to think smoking is cool and introduce them to it, or something ridiculous. Though, I'm sure it's more related to their inability to place tax on them.
