I'm exactly the same way. I CAN'T STAND gay culture!!! Clubbing, diva worship, leather, parades, that stuff is SOOO NOT ME! Honestly, the "gay community" annoys and terrifies me!

Unfortunately, I haven't met any bi or gay guys like me. All the ones I know are heavily into 'the scene'...

Ok, I suspect people are gonna be all over me for this, but here goes....

As a bi man, I just dont identify with a lot of gay culture. In fact, a lot of it bugs the shit out of me. Im not down with drag or "the scene"or leather or brunch or decorating or cattiness or techno or eyeliner or fairies or boy spelled with an "i" or twinks or the drama of it all. I just like being with guys. I dont need or want this stuff. Honestly, a lot of it just turns my stomach and makes me more glad to be bi than gay. Not that being bi is in any way easy. But then again, gays give me more flak about being bi than anyone else, including str8s.

Obviously, this is a problem sometimes because a lot of gay and bi guys are into all this in one way or another.

Thoughts?

An "in your face" attitude from anyone is always offensive. Would not things be better if we all would view sex as very personal and very private? What happens between two consenting adults is ordinarily nobody's business but their own. Stop all this BS about "coming out" and just let others draw their own conclusions on what can be seen; they will anyway.

And, do be happy that there is always JUB where you may "come out" to your heart's content and you can simply skip all that which tends to annoy you. Be glad to be you and let others be as glad to be whatever they happen to be.

I feel your pain. But,to each there own. Your the str8 acting Bi-Guy. Your best partner would be a similarly thinking and acting Str8 Bi-Guy or Gay Guy.

Yes,they do exsist.Most a closet cases,but oh well. such is life.
I just sit back and watch the show. I think of it a reality TV run amuck in a bar. It can be very entertaining at times.

Besides,they are our brothers in this crazy world. Just like family,we love each other,just can't stand to be in the same room together.LOL

I still say. Just relax and sit back and watch the stageshow called life. Don't Worry Be Happy.

Yep, im definitely a straight acting Bi-Guy, too. Searching for another straight-acting bi guy.

I know they're rare...but im not in any hurry. Hopefully, i'll find one someday...

They're probably all around, but you just never know it because they're not stereotypical gay guys, and indistinguishable from the heterosexual males you see walking down the street. It's ironic in a sense. It's one of the drawbacks of being gay in that you can never be certain who is gay, and the places where you're more likely to find a concentration of gay men, like gay bars and clubs, generally are the embodiment of many aspects of gay culture so many straight-acting gay guys find unappealing.
