I doubt anyone is questioning the legality or constitutionality of whether they can build on, in, on top, near, or underneath the Ground Zero site. It's a question of suitability and sensitivity.

There can be no such test for which religions are suitable or sensitive. That is wholly unconstitutional.

Freedom of Religion means being as tolerant of Islam as it is being tolerant of Wicca...

Islam as it is practiced in America bears little to no resemblance to Islam as practiced in Saudi Arabia or Iran. Most American Muslims are happy to engage in interfaith dialogue and respect the religious freedoms of non-believers.

Hell, in my personal experience, even the most devout Muslims I know have been more respectful of my religious beliefs than most Christians I know.

He's what the Ignore button was made for. He's a griefer, gaming the rules here to be annoying without being in technical violation. Thus he can only be thrown out "arbitrarily," and will kick up a stink if the admins axe him.

Seriously, use the Ignore on him. He's made it as annoying as he can, because he's a griefer and knows what happens, but if you go to your Ignore list you can add him manually.

This is why some websites just have a rule "don't be intentionally annoying or make it seem like you are." Gives the moderators some flexibility.
