Mmmm, it's not cheating as long as its sanctioned and penalised properly, in this case he got a red card, a penalty kick, and now Suarez (top scorer in the Netherlands league) is not playing the semi-finals against... the Netherlands! I see it more as a personal sacrifice for the team. If Ghana didn't win it's because they don't know what how to kick penaties.
Cheating is what Maradona did in '86, scoring with the hand, and with the referee not seeing it, cheating was Henry's hand as well.
And what nobody mentions is that the last minute free-kick that gave Ghana that handball and penalty, was invented by the ref, so the handball shouldn't have existed in the first place... And Suarez should be playing against Holland. But verybody seems to have forgotten that.
