Stupidist movie you ever saw

Oh come on you guys, Tremors is half a parody. Unless you are arguing it's a bad parody...

Little Nicky

I was going to say 'anything by Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell, but since I can't even get through the promos on television without feeling like I'm going to puke, I've never seen any of their movies. I've never found their humour 'funny'.

Neil, your post is so funny because I was going to respond with "anything featuring Adam Sandler" too! Years ago, I was sucked into seeing a movie with Adam S. and Emily Watson because it got some decent reviews. Against my better judgment, I let a friend drag me along. After the movie, I remember shaking my head in disbelief. For days.

I just never got Adam Sandler's humor, either. There are comedians I simply don't click with, and that's fine, but Adam Sandler seems to be the only comedian who had a string of hit movies based on his schtick. And I know so many people who consider them brilliant - they can quote several of them line-for-line.

Agreed. I can't stand Will Ferrell. How on earth did he become popular. Every time I see his face on tv I quick change the channel.

You can toss in Jim Carrey too. Another not funny comedian.

I have never understood Jim Carrey...I don't get him at all....or Will Ferrell.

I do have to say though....I was in love with Andy Kaufman and no one seemed to like him very much that I knew except for me...pr so I thought. I have since realized that other comedians regarded him as brilliant.

I have the privilege of having seen Jim before he moved south of the border. He was a brilliant impressionist with incredible muscle control. Not only could he sound like James Dean, he could change his face to look like him, too. He was in a movie playing an alcoholic teen. Truly amazing performance. Then came Ace Ventura and he found his shtick - and his fans. That's when I stopped being one.

Here's Jim the impressionist:

Anything and everything with Will Ferrell in it.
I can't stand him, and have no idea how he keeps getting jobs acting.

Will Ferrell was hilarious in Zoolander. Now that was conscious satire in all the ways Tremors wasn't.

Jim Carey is famous for making stupid noises. I have despised that man ever since I saw the mask.

That would be "Killer Klownz from Outer Space"
The only good thing about it was some prime soap opera eye candy, Grant Cramer (from the Young and the Restless), and John Allen Nelson (from Santa Barbara) and even they couldn't help to save this disaster.....

Okay, My top bad movies, that were just awful, why did I watch these?

Napoleon Dynamite (A lot of hype, and something I should have just turned off)

The Spirit, utter trash; a poor attempt.

Green Lantern; I was really let down by this, GL most certainly knows.

Haywire; purchased for the cast, really wanted to see it - talked with my friends all the way through it.

The Hangover; just dumb, not funny, not worth it, dreadful.

Hancock; trash, poor camera.

Man Of Steel; completely misses characterization of the Man of Steel.

Cujo; for the love of god I hate this movie; never have I wanted to watch a kid get mauled by a dog.

I could go on...

Hmmm... D.E.B.S. was horrible. That's about all I can say about that.

And I thought [STRIKE]Unbearable[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Unwatchable[/STRIKE] Unbreakable was probably the dumbest thing I ever sat through. Two hours of nothing finished with a completely underwhelming surprise. As soon as the "twist" was revealed, I just got up and walked right out of the theater. It's the most disappointing movie I've ever seen because Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson are two of my favorite actors.

Batman Forever. Ugh, the only good thing about this movie was the line Robin says, "Holey rusted steel, Batman." Other than that, a waste of money and time.

The Lost World "Hey let's go to this dinosaur infested island so that we can escape it!"

Austin Powers 2 The opening scene killed the whole movie for me.

The Ring (seriously!)

The Grudge (surprised?)

Open Water

Slackers (anybody seen that one?! Oh, god......)

Dreamcatcher

The Pest

All of The Howling Movies

Halloween Resurrection and Jason X

Jack and Jill was the worst ever any genre. Watching Rotten Tomatoes 10 times would be a better experience.

I rate it -999999999.

Force 9 from outer space (very old) about as bad!
