Survivor 20: Heroes Vs. Villains [Official Thread]

I do think the idols we re-hidden last season for Russell to find, and I believe the early merge was to benefit Russell and Foa Foa, other than that I don't think there was any more rigging going on especially not to the extent that some people think.

I really don't think the show is rigged, to be honest.

I want to see if Parvati and Amanda have some master plan if they both make it to the merge.

Heh. I love that Sandra has Russell's number even though she hasn't seen his season. She's perceptive, and she's figured out that blowhard's weakness. Looks like Coach is a goner. And it looks like Russell will be played by TWO women this season (Parvati and Sandra) as opposed to one last season (Natalie). It will almost be worth rooting for that self-aggrandizing troll to get to the finals if I can see him lose to a woman he underestimated for a second season in a row.

Great episode, I LOVE Sandra, getting rid of Coach and making Russell look like the fool he is <3

Also Courtney calling Jeff out on his shit at tribal council was awesome, I'm loving the Sandra/Courtney alliance.

Jeff was deliberately trying to get Courtney voted out. She shot him fiery words and sizzled. Good on her.

Now I am convinced there is manipulation in this and the last season of Survivor. Previews for next week has JT talking about giving Russell the immunity idol. If they do, well, then how can it ever be addressed again that the seasons weren't manipulated in Russell's favor? Every idol will have been tied to him for 2 whole seasons.

Oh my word, that episode had some much-awaited Sandrownage at last. <3 And Courtney was awesome at the Tribal Council. I adored their fist bump, and it's about time Courtney and Sandra got some screentime. Loving it. I knew Sandra was going to come out roaring once Boston Rob left.

Good episode all around to be honest. Everybody got a confessional except Rupert, all of the villain women got ample screentime, and Sandra played Russell like an instrument. LOVE.

Put me down for the Sandra/Courtney Alliance Lovefest! Those two are AWESOME and I hope one of them kicks Russell's ass in this game. Courtney's "Jeffrey" snip (she always treats him with the appropriate amount of respect, which is none) and then correctly pointing out that SHE didn't vote out Boston Rob was awesome! Courtney's my hero for taking on that jackass Jeff.

Survivor 20: Russell vs. My Patience with this Dumb Ass Script is wearing very thin.

Check out what they all said when they cast their votes. Courtney and Parvati's speeches made me laugh.

Because he lost Samoa, I think CBS is in on the joke with Russell. There's no way they could have given him so much airtime for two straight seasons knowing that he'd win either. It just makes it all the more hilarious when he loses after 13 episodes of "I'm the best! I'm the best! I'm the best! If you opposed me, I'll take you down! ...What do you mean I just lost to the dumbass blonde with longer hair and Sandra just owned my ass and got my alliance to vote out Coach?"

That said, I think Sandra is going to try to align with Russell and Parvati if Courtney gets voted out. Notice how in her "I hate x, I hate y even more" confessional, Sandra did not mention Parvati? Parvati is not a total idiot at strategy and it would be in her best interest to want to bring Sandra to the end as a fellow winner. She also has Russhole totally under her power so I could see Parvati convincing him that they need to team up with Sandra post-merge. Sandra's strategy is "As long as it ain't me," so it's looking like a possibility, and it'd be hilarious if Russell lost to Parvati, Sandra, Jerri or Danielle just like he lost to Natalie.

What Russell said made no sense. His vote for Courtney was just "throw away"? I don't see how that made things any different with him wanting Coach to leave.

Merge is next week, unless the preview was showing us Russell visiting the heroes camp as a challenge reward and that's when the heroes talk about giving him their hidden immunity idol, for whatever dumbfuck reason. Or everyone is smarter than we thought and know Russell is evil incarnate and can never win the million, so he is worth saving to take to the finals.

Awesome Sandra !!!

I love her!!

that was so good to see her manipulative side

I cant stand Parvati tho, she's so fake and a freaking flirt psch that's just pathetic

Also Jeff going against courtney was so obvious thats pure bullshit

Next week : Merge and JT wants to give the idol ? no way !!!

I think whats behind the JT comment about the idol is the Heroes think there's an woman's alliance at the villians tribe and JT said if i could get to talk to Russel id give him the idol I dont think merge happens yet!! Also I think Russel made a comment that if they voted Coach off it would help the bolster the woman's alliance theory!

Russell clearly knew that Coach was going. He also knew that by voting for Coach he could maintain some inroads with Jerri and avoid losign Coach's jury favor. I hate the little hobbit but the throw away vote wasn't stupid the fact that he SIGNED it makes it far less subtle.

Yeah I agree with falcon...

It was pretty smart to vote courtney knowing Coach was going.

In any ways, It will be a villains final in the end... there's no way Rupert, AManda or even candice can pull a stratgey out of their minds.

I don't know if Russell's plan will work, if anyone watched the ponderosa video's, Coach is pretty bitter about being voted off. At one point he is punching a punching bag and pretends it's Russell and comments on how he doesn't respect the way Russell plays.

I hope the merge happens next week, I hate when Survivor drags the merge out, it's usually my favorite part of the show and right now is the perfect time to merge. The numbers a pretty even, I hate when the tribes merge and the tribe has way more members than the other (Tocantins and Samoa).

I love how all of the villain women are making Russell look like a joke. I really enjoyed all of them in tonight's episode, even Danielle and how she offered to hide the idol clue in her boobs. Parvati and Russell's extended laughing scene at J.T.'s letter had me cracking up and, considering Russell was involved, that's saying a lot.

(No comment on how he magically had a pen and paper to write a letter -- and that Parvati and Danielle had a ninja shovel to dig up the idol. If this were a scripted show, these are what we'd call "plot conveniences." ;) )

Sad to see Courtney go. She really only started to get screentime a couple of episodes ago and it was all so fleeting. I love that skinny bitch and her snark, and hopefully she'll be the new Eliza as far as jury reactions are concerned. Sandra is still awesome, while the Heroes are a ball of non-descript blah. Poor J.T., what a dumbass.

The pen and paper. And Pavarti finding the idol in the very first spot she started digging in. Hmmm.

I am glad Sandra's still around!
