Randy and Tyson were much bigger characters than Sash.

Notice a common thread amongst the rest of the people you named.

There's just no reason to ask Sash-bot to come back when you have people like Marty, Holly, Brenda, and Jane in this season.

And for the record, I too think Sash is the hottest guy from this season.

Randy was just a grouchy old man, if we're talking about the game Survivor? Sash > Randy with ease.

Tyson was pretty meh too! Tocantins was the JT and Coach show.

I do agree, we have a big pool of potential all stars from this past season and Sash is one of them

Jane is pretty much a lock for any future All-Stars season IMO. Now the question is which one of Marty, Holly or Sash is cast as her nemesis because Jane hates them all. Unfortunately it'd probably be Marty...

You can't accept that many "Survivor" fans agree to disagree. You're the one being rigid. We HAVE TO like Jeff Probst and there's something with us if we don't. That's what you're having a lot of difficulty wrapping your head around and I don't know why. You, me and anyone else who posts on this thread are clearly fans of "Survivor". We just have different things we like about it. Some of us think Jeff is vital; some do not. I don't know why this is such a problem. I'm not trying to take away from you your belief that Jeff is an integral part of the "Survivor" experience. That's fine. Others don't hold Jeff in that regard. That's fine, too. No drama. Just a difference of opinion. End of story.

From the past seasons I dont see who can be back for an all stars

Nicaragua: Obviously jane is a lock
I do think they could bring back marty & fabio

Samoa: Im almost sure Russell is going to come back for a third time
I dont think they will bring back someone else. Maybe shambo for the crazy lady, Natalie for the controversy... dunno

TOcantins: Please stop with tyson and coach !!! JT & stephen and maybe Taj could possibly be part of an all star

On a different note, Jill from this season posts at Sucks and she revealed that Jimmy J. had asked the entire Espada tribe to vote him out before they went to tribal council. ("He said "Guys, I've had enough." and we all said "Really?" and he said "Yes." Note that his vote was unanimous, when other people clearly wanted Dan gone. Only one way that happens.") Essentially, he quit. And I find this so funny because Jeff and production were so harsh on Na'onka and Kelly and gave them two different shades of horrible edits because they quit (Na'onka getting a never-ending OTTNNNNN5 edit and Kelly getting the most invisible edit in 21 seasons and no screentime at the reunion) whereas Jimmy J. was the result of stunt casting, basically quit and got the most focus in the first three episodes, was credited as like the sole purpose of anything positive that Holly did the entire season, and got a 15 minute segment at the reunion despite being the third boot.

I'm pretty sure other people have asked to be voted out before, but that's not quite the same as leaving without being voted out.

True but the reality is that those people who specifically ask to be voted out and those that laze around camp looking listless (and internally hope to be the next to be go) aren't any different from Osten, NaOnka and Purple Kelly. They all wanted out. Those who didn't quit just did it in a way that they didn't look like quitters when, in fact, they were.

Jim Early ( missyae) was sued by Burnett for the spoilers and the suit was dropped when missyae agreed to name his spoiler source. Hantz from Survivor Samoa and Heroes vs Villains supposedly got a call from early and early says that after the initial contact that the spoilers started flowing.

I'm wondering why Mark Burnett didn't go after the spoiler people sooner. It's not like it just started. I remembering reading ACCURATE elimination by elimination spoilers dating back to Amazon and it was going on before that season. So if Russell spoiled his 2 seasons, WHO gave the 411 on the previous 18?

HvV was definitely the worst season ever in terms of spoilers. The entire bootlist was out when SAMOA was still airing. missyae definitely had multiple sources though because he spoiled Nicaragua exactly and obviously Russell wasn't there to blab about it. Survivor spoilers have been different people using different sources over the years though. I wasn't even really in the Survivor online community at the time but I still remember Chillone spoiling Amazon back in 2003 and people being SHOCKED that Christy was booted when she was because the rest of the season had been spoiled so accurately.

I don't remember the exact post but I think missyae also said that Burnett HATES Russell and it's really Jeff who is so high on him. No surprises there considering his nauseating promos for Redemption Island. And Burnett has conceded a lot of control of the show over to Jeff to keep him on as a host over the years so that's why Burnett can't just intervene and say no to Russell coming back.

I am LOVING the irony of all this though. Probst takes the show as seriously as a prostate exam, and he has spent two seasons force-feeding us this ridiculous narrative about Russell being "the ultimate player", and Probst outright said that Natalie "didn't deserve" to win over Russell. And now, who's the one keying teacher's car? Why it's teacher's pet! Ha! I love it. And I really hope it leads to some kind of Probst/Hantz falling out. That shit would be more rewarding than the Halle Berry/Kim Kardashian feud.

Spoilers are spoilers and it isn't like this kind of thing is exclusive to "Survivor". The networks, the studios, the record labels love hype and they get it by any means necessary. "Missyae" will be fine...and resurface under a new moniker. bwahaha
