Weird. That's the second or third time this season the episode has been genuinely suspenseful, and still the end result left me...unsatisfied. I mean I could care less about Jeff, but I kinda wanted Penner's suggestion at TC to push through and I would've preferred Pete going first because I can't STAND Pete and Abi.

Why can't the people I like just work together already??

EDIT: OK Jeff's sour grapes goodbye and "The million dollars is only six hundred thousand by the time Obama takes is" makes me GLAD he's gone. I'm just sorry RC has to be stuck with him at Ponderosa.

Also, the fact that the promos make it seem like Lisa is going to flip to Penner's side next week is a sure indicator that Penner is toast.

Slip, any idea why Penner voted for Abi? WTF?? He was the one who suggested the six of them vote together at TC! Sure Skupin didn't, but had Penner voted for Pete, it would've at least forced a tie and another vote.

Yeah, I'm at loss there. I wish CBS still released the voting confessionals, but they stopped doing that ever since Jane and Sash's rumored mortgage-gate in Nicaragua.

That...doesn't clear anything up for me. First of all, the reason is really stupid (which doesn't sound like Penner) and secondly, Penner was the one who asked them at TC to join together and vote as six! If he knew Skupin wasn't budging, why even do that?

The rumor during Nicaragua was that Sash, who if I remember correctly is a banker, tried to bribe Jane's votes by promising to help her with the terms of her mortgage after the game ended. Jane's husband died before she went on the show, as she mentions in the premiere, and obviously she was having financial difficulties and needed money. There even was a big conspiracy rumor/talk among people on Sucks that the producers didn't find out about this until FTC and disqualified Sash so that the jurors weren't allowed to vote for him.

I don't think it went that far because it's obviously ludicrous that the producers wouldn't know about this until FTC with cameras on the players 24/7, but there was something really strange about the tribal council where Jane was voted off because she got extremely personal in her attacks on Sash for reasons that were pretty muddy on the show, especially when Holly and Chase were betraying her just as much, and she even abandoned her plan to vote for Holly (who didn't have an idol). And in her final voting confessional, which was I believe the last time that CBS has ever put up the voting confessionals online, she votes for Sash and says "You can lie all you want to--" and then the camera abruptly cuts her off mid-sentence.

Yeah, I don't know why Penner voted like that. I guess we'll have to wait to see if somebody asks him in a post-show interview.

Researching this a little further looks like it's a total he said/she said thing and that if it were something that were really edited out of the show, it's possible that Jane also could have totally made it all up to make Sash look bad. IDK.

I don't agree with any of those, well maybe number 2 but he shouldn't be at 2 more around a 5 or 6. Malcolm should be #1 >8( I actually had a dream about him the other day out of the blue. We ended up fucking on the beach and fell asleep cuddling. Needless to say, I woke up with sticky underwear lol.

Now THIS is the episode I've been waiting for all season. After several near misses, my favorite players FINALLY got together (OK Lisa didn't vote with them but still) and booted someone from the Trio of Assholes. Granted Artis is far more tolerable than Douchey Pete or Crazy Dumb Bitch Abi, but I smiled when Denise wisely suggested they boot Artis so they won't have to worry about Abi's idol (a total Earl Alliance blindsides Edgardo move from Fiji).

Next week will be interesting though because Abi is sure to play her idol or give it to Pete. If they can just solidify Lisa, they'll have the numbers to split the votes (3 for Pete, 3 for Abi) and ensure one of them goes home.
