Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X

Zeke got carried away.

The fact that, in confessionals, he is referring to other people as his soldiers tells us he figures he has the game.

I don't necessarily think he does.

It's interesting that players picked up on one another for strengths in pursuit of the game. I don't think it was wise for Zeke to be targeting David at this point. That caused David to respond likewise.

Worth noting is that, with nine people remaining, one of them has not yet received a vote cast against him/her at a regular tribal council (in attempt for elimination). That person is Will.

Will made the mistake of getting too connected with Jay and his group. Then he saw it sinking and jumped from it. It appears people are no longer focused on him.

A lot of fucking up in terms of how people handle themselves. Adam. Bret. David. Hannah. Jay. Zeke. There are only three people who aren't coming off foolish: Ken, Sunday, and Will. For Sunday, she hasn't held the power to lead. Ken has had more say. Will is a free agent.

I can see why there are people who find themselves not caring who wins. The gameplay is interesting to watch. The people are a not as appealing. Perhaps Mikaela, the best casting of the season, having been sucker-punched by Jay did that for viewers.

This season is really a mind f--k. They leave out just enough in negotiations to try and make tribal interesting.

Jeff Probst yelling "Come on in guys" sometimes sounds like a big bottom at an orgy.

I'm pissed with Ken. I think that he should be voted off next, but it doesn't look like it from the previews.

Following my 11.28.2016, two of the three Survivors I thought did not come off as fools showed me otherwise.

Congratulations, Ken and Will!

Let’s have a Final Three of Adam, David, and Hannah!

This has nothing to do with Survivor but that online-only Big Brother spinoff show ended tonight. It's amazing how as soon as a season of Big Brother isn't pandering to the lowest common denominator (aka the cat ladies who watch the TV show), we get a) a women's alliance that sticks together all season, b) a woman who beats a returning player in the finals and c) a woman who wins because the viewers voted for her to win.

---

And now that he's out of the game, Zeke returning next season makes ZERO sense to me. At least Michaela was a casting gold mine. Zeke was nothing and didn't even place well.

Absolutely LOVED this episode!!! So proud of Will and definitely Adam for not using the advantage, even giving it to Jay!!

even Jessica would make even more sense

Zeke is returning ?? Jessica would have make more sense

This season is bad... I don't know but they try to make them look like hardcore players when they just are all over the place !
Too much strategy ruins everything !
Brig me back a good ole Heroes Vs Vilains !

This season is a cluster fuck of secrets not kept, not one. If you tell a trusted person, the trusted person tells the person you didn't want to be told. Ken did that last episode. I admit that for the first time Ken really looked arrogant and at times sneaky.

It is also a cluster of erroneous moves (Will wanting to make a move for sake of his resume) and correct moves executed clumsily (Ken not quickly accepting Will’s move to join his alliance on the vote and needlessly creating chaos).

December 7, 2016 episode had a really good moment. It was the quartet of Adam, David, Hannah, and Ken.

Adam wanted to eliminate David (with an assist from within this group plus outsiders Brett, Jay, and Sunday). Hannah did not want to lose David. (She wanted to oust Sunday.)

Prior to Tribal Council, she said in confessional moment, that people who make the pivotal decisions/moves [over an ally who may feel like making a different decision/move] tend to win Survivor.

The finale is next Wednesday [December 14]. It may be interesting if the winner of Survivor: Millenials vs. Gen X turns out to Hannah.

Now I wish I'd watched it. Was it good?

I only followed occasional updates on the other forum I visit. Apparently it was one of those seasons where the house was divided between two alliances all season long. To me it sounds like both sides said problematic things (Jason's side was shit-talking and petty, the usual questionably racist comments from both sides, etc) and America had a pretty direct influence in the game, including giving out care packages again, having an eviction vote every week, and solely voting for the winner. But the people on that other forum are heavily in favor of women on reality TV so they were happy Jason lost in the finals to the winner (Morgan).

If it's Hannah, I'll puke. Funny how on another show my season long favorite wins (Ink Master btw) and in that same week my ultra-favorite of Survivor gets voted out. I can't remember a season where my favorite won the title of Sole Survivor. I am conflicted between now wanting Ken, Jay to win. Maybe even Adam...

lol this was one of the worst seasons ever IMO. Off the top of my head, only Redemption Island was worse. Also, Chris can get bent for standing up and giving Adam a blowjob for "making Ken turn on David" when HANNAH did that and Adam literally was not even shown talking to him in the post-immunity challenge scrambling.

But that is okay because Cirie and Sandra simultaneously gracing my TV in March has cleansed my pallet.

I thought that the final night was one of the best shows of the season. I am glad that Adam won.

I thought it was a mind fuck of a season because I never knew until the vote how things were going. When Mikaela got booted it tore me up because I loved her about as much as I have loved any Survivor. But I thought it was a different game than I usually had seen and it was entertaining for me. I am happy Adam won. I am surprised that he won all the votes. I was sure the bickering between Adam and Hannah would lose both of them the vote until Kris told everyone to vote for Adam. I suspect that Jay had told the house about Adam's Mom. Sad that he got only an hour with her before she passed. Looking forward.
