Zeke got carried away.
The fact that, in confessionals, he is referring to other people as his soldiers tells us he figures he has the game.
I don't necessarily think he does.
It's interesting that players picked up on one another for strengths in pursuit of the game. I don't think it was wise for Zeke to be targeting David at this point. That caused David to respond likewise.
Worth noting is that, with nine people remaining, one of them has not yet received a vote cast against him/her at a regular tribal council (in attempt for elimination). That person is Will.
Will made the mistake of getting too connected with Jay and his group. Then he saw it sinking and jumped from it. It appears people are no longer focused on him.
A lot of fucking up in terms of how people handle themselves. Adam. Bret. David. Hannah. Jay. Zeke. There are only three people who aren't coming off foolish: Ken, Sunday, and Will. For Sunday, she hasn't held the power to lead. Ken has had more say. Will is a free agent.
I can see why there are people who find themselves not caring who wins. The gameplay is interesting to watch. The people are a not as appealing. Perhaps Mikaela, the best casting of the season, having been sucker-punched by Jay did that for viewers.
