The human body is a work of art. The third rate scribblings of tattoo "artists" just defile it. Hate ink.

How can you deny yourself this?:

Like any art, the subject matter and the quality of the design decide for me if they're hot or not. I think they can be very sexy if the artist was of any quality at all.

Sometimes, however, a person doesn't wear them well even if the they're well done. Ink can truly enhance one person's attractiveness, but detract from another's.

I agree. I would also state that it depends on the quantity and size as well. Ultimately, it's a combination of who the person is, quantity, quality, location, and the size of the tattoo(s).

I almost got a tattoo of a piglet.

Thankful, I'm afraid of pain and needles.

If you had a small one of the piglet in your avatar, done by a good artist, that would be sweet. ;)

I'm like you - no needles or pain.

I hate tattoos with such a passion its such a huge turn off seeing a guy with half his body covered in ink. Imo you have to draw a line on a certain amount of tattoos having a certain body part either arms, legs, neck, back covered is plain ugly. Covering your body in ink is not expressing your self it just makes you look like a freak. Heck buy a iron on t-shirt or make a necklace to express your self.

We should go together one day.

I'll get a pink piglet and you'll get a white bunny. ;)

I'll even hold your hand. :D

(At work, we are required to cover up tattoos.)

Well, if they where in location covered by clothes, and you held my hand, I might consider it. But outside of small tats, I don't really like them, but a bunny would be cute as would a piglet. :-)

Question for all the people who find them hot.. What about them makes people will tattoos hotter than those without?

My friend Joanna who is a singer got "Sing like no one is listening" in really nice script on her right foot.

yea thats right she does. i know joanna p. thats a nice tat.

IMO - NO! I hate tattoos. Even small ones look silly. And like what was said above - a tat that you got in your 20's is not going to look the same when you are in your 50's and beyond. Not to mention, depending on your career track - most offices that I have worked in require tattoos to be covered as they are not considered business appropriate. I worked with someone who had to, in the middle of the summer, wear a tee shirt as well as a thick long sleeved shirt to cover his tattoos - he was tattooed from his neck to his ankles and to his wrists.
