90% not hot. I have seen very few that I really like. However, the few that I have seen that were really creative and well done, they were very hot! I saw one guy last weekend. Love his tattoos on his back. It was kind of like leapard spots. I have never seen anyone else do that and it came out really nice. Not over done.
I hate it when people do their necks. They are usually religious symbols and jesus. And I don't like tattoos on the face or hands. The tattoos should not stop you from being able to dress formal.
