Ok. Thanks for looking all this up!

So can we call it official? He was a bullshitter, a con artist, and he got his yuks pretending to be a hot, brilliant, well-hung Greek god dying of AIDS. Those who were intelligent enough to see through the facade can high-five each other, and they can take time (years if they so desire) to mock those who fell for his internet sob story.
Well, that was fun. Who next?

^For individuals who have died, one can search the Social Security Death Index. I would assess that index as "accurate", but not "extremely accurate". If a person died and had never gotten a Social Security Card, he will not necessarily appear in the index, nor will a person who has died in the last six months.
For individuals who still live, several databases exist. My favorite one is Peoplefinders dot com. I'd assess it as "very accurate", but not "extremely accurate". Still, I have found many people in that database that I haven't seen in over 25 years. In all of the years I have consulted it, I have only come up a blank just once (well, twice, if you include this dubious example).
I deem NexusLexus the single most accurate database for the living. Professional private detectives use that database first; oftentimes, they can find a missing person within 15 minutes. However, you must pay to use it, and I don't want to pay good money to find a mirage.
Either Andreus gave us all a fake name, lived as an illegal immigrant, or he didn't exist. I see no other alternative.

^ not necessarily
But it look like it's a scan from a picture that's been folded (you can see the folding line on the 2 pillars and just below the pecs)

He was certainly adept at using google and wikipedia.Through his postings that I recall he did have an intense intellect and seemingly a great knowledge of many subjects.
I just did a reverse image check of this photo and came up with the name Juan Martin Berberian. Here are more photos from Juan:

This will sound like blasphemy to people on either side of the fence, but I honestly didn't find Andreus...or his story....or his arguments all that interesting and to be totally honest....I more or less ignored the entire thing.
I never had either an emotional or intellectual connection to this avatar. He might have been everything that many people say he was. He might have been an opportunistic poseur... I'll never know. Because we never exchanged more than a passing acknowledgement of one another.
