Tennis Anyone?

i think Amelie Mauresmo is lesbian too

Mauresmo is a lesbian. I think she's relatively open about it. I remember back in 1999 when she made the final of the Australian Open against Hingis and Martina made some pretty insulting comments about Mauresmo.

That Mauresmo-Serena match was quite something! Mens activity earlier in the day was comparatively dull. It was a pity one of them had to lose.

Lets hope Hewitt-Gasquet amounts to something. I'd like to see Andy R. face some meaningful competition to show how good hbe really is.

The Mauresmo-Williams match didn't live up to the hype, I don't think. It was actually kind of dull. Both players were suffering from nerves in the first set. Williams found a groove in the second set while Mauresmo fell apart. And then in the third set Wlliams' lack of fitness and consistent match play got the better of her.

I love to play tennis. My partner and I play every other weekend. It gets repetitive to play the same person but there are not many out there into the game unless the grandslams are on.

I try to get into the game with other on the same court but they seem to want to play with their girlfriend or wife instead. I even called one dude "scared" but he shrugged my words off as his girl laughed. Even doubles is not an option anymore.

I don't think it's a competitive sport outside of the ATP and WTA. I'm just glad I still get to play every summer !!!

My hotties are Marat Safin and now the young gun, Fernando Verdasco.

Love love love love love LOVE tennis.

I get on at people who don't like it. When guys ask me 'Watch football?' I ask them 'Watch tennis?' It's a fair question.:D

Nadal pinged my gaydar at first, especially since he's metro, but a lot of spanish guys are, in fact most middle class kids are, at least in appearance. I think his girlfriend is NOT a beard though. He's just a touchy feely straight tease. The way he puts his ass on display is pause for thought though...

He's like the hottest guy in the world:gogirl: Never really got into men's tennis until he came along.

I really need someone to explain the appeal with Nadal. I think he's ugly. He's got nice arms and a nice ass, sure, but his face? No thanks.

Love is blind

I find Baghdatis sexually exciting. Ugly as hell. But sexually exciting.

It's a hormonal thing. Don't ask me to explain it.
awwww, i think he is adorable.
just to be completly all about the physical...
I'm positive Marcos is the biggest man on the tour...if you know what i mean;) ...

DAMN that thing!
-yet i stick to the RodDICK.

There's lots of new young talent out there! Baghdatis is indeed a joy to watch. I did think A-Rod went over the top in pumping all that sexual aggression yesterday into his match with Becker.

It's going to be interesting to see what Brad Gilbert does to Andy Murray's game. I enjoyed today the way the microphone was picking up his on-court commentary.

Sorry that Hewitt won last night. I was looking forward to a RodDICK encounter with the young Gasquet who has been playing very well. However, if Lleyton has his way, there may still be fireworks.

I think Marcos Baghdatis is adorable too. He's a big, jolly, goofy RIDE of a man, and only 21.

I would so climb aboard that...

Another US Open is over, and Roger has yet another trophy on the wall. I really like Federer, but he's starting to make Sunday the most boring day in tennis. I am really glad that Andy made it all the way to the final though. It's good for him! Hopefully Lleyton will start showing up at the end of tournements as well.

I'm REALLY happy for Sharapova though! I was tired of people calling her a one slam wonder. She's always had the strokes to go far. Now if Hingis can just pull one out it'll make my year!

Andy played well. At one stage, at 5-5 in the third set I thought he would pull it off. So did he, judging from his shout to the stands. But then he fell to pieces. It is great to see him able to play excellently again and to know that he'll be around a while. I wonder if we will be seeing much more of Lleyton. I believe life is too good for him back home and he has lost much of the fire in his game. But he has a fine multi-slam record to look back on whereas Andy has not.

Wish my game could get better. ](*,)

Lleyton does seem to have lost a lot of the fire that makes him who he is. He didn't do bad this slam, loosing to Roddick when Roddick is playing like that is nothing to be ashamed of. It just seemed that Andy wanted it more.

I also heard the announcers talking about Lleyton having a foot or ankle or something problem. His coach said that if this weren't the US Open they'd be at home right now. So who knows. Maybe he'll be himself again by the Australian Open. He's had a lot of injurys in the last couple of years. Hopefully he'll get healthy and his fire will return. *fingers crossed.*

Anyone else notice that Roger has made it to the finals 9 out of the last 10 grand slams... and he's won 8 of those!

It looks like Blake may not make it to the finals in Shanghi, but I've got my fingers crossed.

Lindsay Davenport is saying that she'll know in November if she's going to retire or start getting ready for the Australian Open. *fingers crossed she doesn't retire*

Congrats to Martina Hingis for winning her second title since her comeback, although it should be her third.

And damn the Russians for beating us in David Cup! It was a really good round though. Andy really gave it his best shot.

Ok tennis fans. Who is the sexiest male player on tour at the moment. My vote is for Tommy Haas.

I've always been partial to Lleyton Hewitt, but Roddick has his own appeals. Gasquet is my current favorite though.
