im thinkin of buying a 3 bottle pack of TESTOSTERONE STACK - TRIBULUS, HORNY GOAT WEED, ZMA ................................... any1 bought this recon its worth the money and will it make me more manly???? hairy , bigger muscles ect??? cheers dudes

testosterone will help bulk you up, but taking to much without a doctor’s prescription can cause your body to become dependent on the pill and will stop production of its own…..which is bad.
I would advise you to avoid the herbal erection pill crap, they can cause heart problems. I had to go to the emergency room when I took “one rock hard weekend” forgets but doctor said it made my heart flutter irregular beat or something. I had chills, uncontrollable shaking, dizziness, nausea, and a pounding head ach and would find myself dry heaving for 30min at a time before I finally said screw it I need to go to the er.
The doctor said it’s an extremely common thing in the er for people to come in from stuff like hornny goat weed or other products like that, a lot of people can use it for a while and suddenly have a bad reaction to it like im not allergic to anything but the one I took put me in the er (thank god I only took one pill, it said for my measurements imp suppose to take 2 pills). There not regulated by the FDA and a lot of time contain chemicals is combinations and amounts that haven’t been clinically tested to be safe. They mess with our body’s chemistry to get you to have an erection but it fucks with everything else.
Not to mention the potential for serious problems if you mix testosterone with a bunch of other bs herbal pills all at once.
Ps I think Spanish fly was confirmed to cause liver damage or something like that.
So in conclusion just don’t do any without asking your doctor first.

here i found it.

"Spanish fly, or cantharides as it is sometimes called, is often given to farm animals to incite them to mate.[2] When ingested, preparations containing cantharides once excreted in the urine irritate the urethral passages, causing inflammation in the genitals and subsequent priapism.[2] For this reason, Spanish fly has been given to humans for purposes of seduction; they help men keep a longer erection. It is dangerous since the amount required is minuscule and the difference between the effective dose and the toxic dose is quite narrow (narrow therapeutic index). Cantharides cause painful urination, fever, and sometimes bloody discharge. They can cause permanent damage to the kidneys and genitals."

I think I kind of miss understood your question.

Yes testosterone will increase muscle mass, somebody heir although I think it just makes your current hair grow faster as opposed to growing new hair were there was none before, it also changes other hormone levels, but again you need a doctors opinion if its right for you, you can fuck yourself up fairly quickly if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing (I didn’t know you could get testosterone without a prescription).

As for horny goat weed and TRIBULUS, its only makes you hard because it, in one way or another increases blood flow, these are temporary and wouldn’t do anything to make you “manlier” and again its best to avoid the herbal BS pills, if you have Ed get doctor to prescribe something specifically for that.

not saying you do.

but the only reson you would use goat weed and tribulus was if you had a problem with erectile disfunction wich at that point your might as well just get the viagra fro doctor as that will at least do something.

so basicly the herb pills are ussless and dangerus, and you would only need somthing liek that if you had ed, and at that point you might as well get a medication that acctually does something.

if i take these for like couple of days then wank does it all go away ?? confused or will the testostorone stay in my body????

sometimes i forget that some people still believe pharmaceuticals are safer than herbs. but that's ok because hopefully I can shed some light on the subject...

essentially, there is no pharmaceutical that was NOT inspired by a naturally occuring plant chemical. Statin drugs (like lipitor and the like) are modeled after red rice yeast, aspirin was derrived from meadowsweet/willow bark (both contain salicin the "active" chemical in aspirin and work just as well)

HORNY GOAT WEED (also known as epimideum) is used in TCM (trad. chinese medicine, the same body of knowledge that brought us acupunture...) as a TONIC (tonic being defined as something that brings TONE and health) for the kidneys, which TCM understands as the seat of a man's sexual power. The phsyiological action that allows for the 'goatweed to be used as an aphrodisiac is not simply that it allows more blood to flow into the penis, thus giving a firmer erection-- but rather it makes the Kidneys function more efficiently, therefore allowing the biological "functions" that are governed by the kidney to be fully expressed.

TRIBULUS is an herb from TCM's sister/mirror system of healing called "ayurveda" that serves a very similar function to HGW but has a phytochemistry (phyto meaning 'plant') that lends itself to increasing the production of testosterone. which can be helpful for those in need of more of it.

I personally recommend (and take, myself) the following herbs as DAILY TONICS for hormonal and sexual health since they are known to be extremely safe for daily use with little to no side effects...

MACA- amazing endocrine balancing herb from Peru that grows high up in the Andes and was (and still to this day) cultivated as a staple food crop by the Inca and indigenous people. they eat it every day like it's no thing, kind of like potatoes or corn or beans. try and get a roasted variety if you can, the raw version is less tonic and more nutritional (lots of calcium and amino acids). some good brands are Herbs America, SolRaiz Organics, HerbPharm

ASHWAGANDHA (aka Winter Cherry)- also known as "indian ginseng", this herb works mostly through the kidneys and adrenal glands which in turn help to balance the body's physiochemical response to stress (ie- adrenaline and cortisol production). this herb is so safe that it is perscribed in the ayurvedic texts for underweight infants (roots are boiled in milk to extract medicinal components and the milk is then fed to the baby). Also great for cognitive function, mood balancing, and physical endurance. Good brands are HerbPharm, Avesta, Ultimate Superfoods

As far as foods go, 'organic' salts (as in sea salt, not chemically reacted table salt which is toxic) feed the kidneys, healthy fats from avocado, fish, nuts, seeds, bee pollen... there are many more but i don't want to type out a novel

Herbs are multi-dimensional entities with infinitely complex chemistries that we are only beginning to understand(i'd say we've only seen the tip of the iceberg) , and are never useless if they are properly understood and used appropriately based on their characteristics.
Perscription meds are one-trick ponies that have shown themselves to create more problems than they solve.

but hey, don't take my word for all of this, do the research for yourself :)

love and health to you all!

Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean that it's safe, or that you should use it without the guidance of a doctor. . .ESPECIALLY if it messes with your hormone levels.

Herbs are nature's form of drugs, and they should only be taken as recommend by a holistic physician and/or a licensed herbologist.
