“Is it some kind of hazing or something like that?’ he asked concerned. “I mean I really want to belong and I support all this company stands for, but is there something that might harm me in any way?” he asked. I chuckled.

“No harm to anyone, Jonas, as we care deeply about all of us, and I think you know that by now. It might be a little unnerving to you at the beginning but it’s all in good taste and totally understood when completed. It’s a secret ceremony so I can’t really divulge the proceedings, but I can assure you, you’ll be fine with it as I have ways to make it appropriate for the two different gender preferences, as those that are straight won’t appreciate it as much as those that are gay, but it’s all okay, I can assure you. But, there have been some straight inductees that have elected to have the same process in the ceremony as our gay shareholders, so it’s completely up to you and what you’re comfortable with. “I guess I’ll have to take your word for it and trust you that everything will be fine, as no one has said anything bad about it at all. I’ll talk to Eric and ask him what he thought about it. If he went through it and thought it was meaningful and it meant a lot to him, I guess I can expect the same and not worry about it. I was just concerned it was some kind of hazing for the new guys making me concerned I might get fucked or something which I don’t think I could handle,” Jonas replied. When I first started here, I got concerned thinking maybe I made a mistake because most of the executives here were gay and I was straight, thinking maybe I might be discriminated against. The more I got to know you and the rest of the guys, that concern all went away as there couldn’t be a more fair place to work. I’ve always been encouraged by everyone working here. He smiled, then said he’d see me later as he had to go tell Sally the wonderful news for which he knew she would be so excited to hear. Off he went.

I finally got to sit down and go through some things. I did call Tom to tell him I thought we’d have some numbers on KW Aviation tomorrow sometime and I’d call him then. Tom said he had a range in his mind he thought the place was worth and would be interested to know what we came up with, valuating it scientifically like we did. I told him I’d be interested in hearing what he had in mind to see how close they were. He gave me a range he’d like to stay in. I told him I’d let him know when I found out. “Josh, I’m not sure when you’ll have the numbers, but James and I have a couple hour window on Wednesday morning if you’d like to fly over here, we could call Greg and Morty together to see if we have a deal. Do you think you could get Dale and Cam to bring you over and we make the call from here to talk to them? That way we can be in on the conversation in case they have any questions. I’d like to discuss it with you first if that’s possible for you to make the trip over here. When were you planning on going down to Key West then to close?” Tom asked. I told him I was planning on Thursday as I had a couple of guys I brought back with us that needed to get back down there to take care of a few things. I took a couple of minutes to tell Tom what all was going on with Johnny and Lat, and then I told him about Lat’s rather large prowess. Dale did say that Greyson was on the schedule for Wednesday but they’d swap that out with him so he could take us to the City. Dale said it sounded like Tom had given some further thought to our situation and was starting to slowly move in a plausible direction whatever that was. I told him I wasn’t sure what he had in mind as of yet. Dale said he’d confirm what I asked for with Greyson and get back with me, but he’d have the plane ready for Wednesday, suggesting Greyson and I take the 310 as it hadn’t been flown for awhile and that way Greyson could give me some stick-time. I laughed, but Dale assured me I could log it and it counted towards my experience towards a license. That done, I called Mal to see if he was going to be around Wednesday as we could have lunch together and see if he needed any help with the ranch. As good as he was he was self-sufficient it seemed, which was good because we hadn’t had much time to fool with the ranch lately.

“Everything is fine, Josh. It couldn’t be better. Jasper and I are getting along great, almost too great. We both realize that we are the boyfriends we’ve both been looking for, and we couldn’t be happier. He’s so wonderful, thoughtful, charming, caring, loving and hot as hell. He thinks the same thing about me. We spent a couple of evenings together getting to know one another better then we just realized we deeply cared about the same things, and that meant each other. We’ve already told each other we think we loved each other. I don’t think, I know. I’m sure he’s the same way as it couldn’t be more evident in the way he treats me, he’s so romantic,” Greg told me.

“Amazing. I just knew you guys were made for each other. I loved you both, so I knew the two of you could love each other. Oh, you’ve made me so happy to hear that, Greg. I couldn’t be happier for you,” I told him.

“Wasn’t there something else you wanted to ask me about our relationship, Josh?” Greg asked, but with a hint of teasing. I told him anything and I was there. “We’d like for you to spend the night with the two of us together so we could do together what we did separately when you were here last week. Neither one of us wants to give up the love you shared with us individually, but we thought collectively it might be even better,” Greg told me. That almost blew my mind.

“You sure about that? I’d be just as content to let the two of you just love one another and me disappear out of the picture, knowing my work was done,” I told him. He chuckled.

“Nothing doing, as both of us love you, and we feel the need to share that love together. And that goes for future visits when we can arrange it in your schedule as we’re not giving you up unless you give us up,” Greg replied. After all my phone calls, I realized it was almost time for lunch. I wished I had more time as I was anxious to look through Stoney’s desk for clues as to all the land he’d purchased for the ranch. I was in hopes I’d get a chance to find something I could discuss with Mal while I was there on Wednesday. I guess it wasn’t to be today anyway. Then again, I was pretty sure Mal had sex on his mind taking precedent over any land questions at the ranch. Still, the more I had time to think about it, the more curious I became. I couldn’t begin to imagine the treasure trove of knowledge that was stored in Stoney’s desk. I was sure it would almost be like Christmas to me to go through all of it, and even then I doubted if we found all that he left behind for us to discover. I patted the desk, and told Stoney his secrets would have to wait as I had some crazy things to do to keep the company growing.

Jordan and Nate had returned from the University, although Lat had not. As we gathered for lunch, I asked the two how it went. “We met the law school dean and he asked us a few questions about Lat’s situation and what he was attempting to do. I swear the dude was blown away when Lat showed him his L-SAT scores. He said he’d never heard of someone getting a perfect score. He told us that would have put Lat on the top of the admissions list if he was applying to law school here. He was even more impressed that Lat could pass the BAR exam without finishing law school. Lat told him about his photographic memory, and he knew the law frontwards and backwards, but he needed the polishing necessary to understand courtroom etiquette and filing procedures. He was pretty sure he could pick that up quickly, but he’d like to have the training. The dean asked to have him for the rest of the day as they were going to put him through a battery of tests to see just where he might fit in Uni’s curriculum. He did have his graduation papers from pre-law at the community college he attended in Georgia and his associates degree, and the fact he had been a paralegal for a couple of years in a couple of places, the latest being with Greer in Key West. The dean said it was obvious Lat had a tremendous advantage. He did mention he might like to have him as a TA even or let him clerk for a judge for a couple of months also to get the gist of the courtroom procedures. Anyway, they’re going to test him this afternoon and evaluate where they should put him, but it was obvious to us they want him, and will give him the education he needs to become a licensed lawyer in our state. Frankly, Nate and I are sure he knows enough about general law he could probably pass our state’s BAR exam now, but each state is different. As fast as he reads, we could give him the state-specific material to read to pass it, I have no doubt,” Jordan explained. All of us at the lunch table were blown away.

“He is one of the most unusual guys I’ve ever met. I can tell a huge difference in him already since he’s been here in Uni. All of his sarcastic antics seem to have disappeared. I really think he’s happy here with us,” I commented. All the rest of the guys seemed to think he was happy, although none of them had experienced his personality before like Greg and I had. He was definitely a changed man for sure. I thought to myself, it was amazing what having a dick up your ass for the first time would do to change your personality. I went over the rest of the week’s schedule with the senior executive team, reminding everyone that Dylan, Garth, Tex, Johnny, Lat and I would be gone Thursday and Friday, either returning Friday evening or Saturday evening, and that I would be gone on Wednesday to the City. The guys asked if they could skip the senior staff meeting while I was gone. I told them I’d leave that up to them but to notify Blake so he could let all the attendees know if it was on or off. They liked that idea. I did remind them they still had to eat, which they heartily agreed.

I went to the dorm in the afternoon with the intention of seeing the security office and monitors we had there. Garth was there to run me through the security command center. It was impressive, to say the least. There was a wall of monitors, each one capable of split screen surveillance. You literally could see every hallway corridor in the place as well as the exterior of the building on all sides including cameras on top of the building pointing down. Parking lots were also well monitored. The swimming pool, cafeteria, lobby, retail spaces areas, all public access areas as well as maintenance, stairwells and prep areas were all well monitored. None of the living suites were monitored by cameras, but there was a panic switch in each suite in case help was needed. Residents in each suite could push a panic button after opening a guard, and access immediate help. There were also fire alarms all along corridors and protected fire alarm monitors in every room in the suites. Garth indicated to me that if a fire alarm was pulled anywhere, cameras would catch whoever pulled the fire alarm. He said that Clark had made sure in each student’s handbook of rules for living in the dorm, that there was a $500 fine for anyone pulling a fire alarm as a prank. Cameras from any angles automatically caught the image of the person pulling the alarm. I thought that made sense, hoping no one would be stupid enough to pull an alarm needlessly. Garth said there would be security guards on duty constantly that would be dispatched within seconds from their posts all around the building, including outside the building. He said this was a well secured building with state-of-the-art security equipment. He told me Logan and Clark had worked with him on the design of the system. He also told me that if there was a disruption in any part of the common areas of the building, the security command center would get an alert and the center screen would immediately flash the incident on the screen with multiple cameras focusing on all angles of the scene. Garth showed me the communications control between the command control center and all security personnel. He said security personnel would have body cams also which would be viewed by the command center. All views were backed up for three months or could be saved indefinitely if an incident occurred you might need later. There was also a direct link to the fire department and police.

“Okay, so you’ve got some great stuff here, so it seems. Is it easy to operate?” I asked him. He sat me down in the command center chair and showed me how to operate the system. “Is all this stuff hooked to a backup generator if we lose power?” I asked. He chuckled.

“Josh, this is Garth you’re talking to. I have fail-safes built into everything I do. Hell yes we have a backup. This system can never go down. We’re good, buddy,” Garth assured me.

“Do you think Troy would be capable of running this operation and training others to operate it?” I asked, seeking his opinion.

“Troy would be great with all this stuff. His knowledge of police work will help immensely also knowing when to involve the local police and what can be handled in-house. He’d be a natural, plus he’s one hell of a nice guy. I’d say, if he’s interested in the position, to go for it,” Garth replied.

Chapter 837 - E

“How is Roger working out so far? Does he seem to like what he’s doing?” I asked.

“Roger is doing great. He listens well, and has very good intuition on how to improve on efficiencies. He’s always thinking. He’s a little shy and hasn’t got used to my sense of humor and my various forms of levity, but he gets a kick out of it when he figures it out. I like him a lot. He’s a quick learner so I know he’s going to do well. I’ve already got him doing several things on his own. By the way, it was nice what you did for him with all the shit he had to go through. Oh, and that buddy of his that’s fucking Troy, I’m not so sure he’s such a good choice for Troy over all, or even a good friend for Roger. Roger says that Jace is just going through a phase but that you’ve assured him that Troy will straighten him out or possibly end the relationship. I’ve asked Roger about Jace and what he’s like, but he doesn’t talk much about him. Roger does think that Troy is one hell of a nice guy and very patient having to deal with Jace. I guess Roger is hopelessly straight, so maybe we can find him a girlfriend sometime as he’s such a great guy and should have someone in his life to share it with,” Garth told me. I told him I kind of felt the same way.

Garth also showed me the internet connection equipment we had for internet service for the entire building. All that equipment was located in the security command center also. He also assured me that would never go down unless our internet service provider couldn’t provide service for some crazy reason. He did say we had a backup connection if our provider failed, but the chances of that were one in a Trillion. Again, I was impressed. He said we had the same service in the office building.

Finished with Garth, I gave him a hug and told him how proud I was of him for all his great work in putting all this together. He said it wasn’t work, it was fun and he loved what he was doing. I asked him if he had everything he needed for Key West.

“That’s another thing I love about this job. It’s not just in one place, but all over the country. This is exciting, Josh. Cant’ wait to get my hands on the resorts down there to set up security in those places plus the new hotel. I need to check out what you have at the new CNB there also. May have to spend some additional time down south this winter to get all that up and running,” he suggested smiling. I had to smile myself.

He said he wouldn’t deny that as long as he could spring Dylan away also from time to time. “As much as we have going on down there, I’m sure Dylan would be a major help to you as well as Woody, our general contractor there. With the dorm winding down, Dylan will have more time to get away. We may have to change his role from foreman in the construction of the dorm to general maintenance manager for all properties. That way he’d be free to help you wherever you needed help. Johnny will be a huge help to you also in the IT area so that should help,” I suggested. He said he couldn’t agree more. He did say he was totally prepared for Thursday so no worries.

I left Garth and headed out to catch Logan and Clark to congratulate them on the security center setup. Both were in the office. Tex happened to come in when I did. Tex said that Johnny was on his way down from their penthouse apartment to work with Garth the rest of the afternoon after visiting with him this morning at the IT center in the office building.

“Hey, Garth just reviewed the security command center with me. Wow, that’s something else. Talk about state of the art. That’s impressive,” I told them.

Nothing short of genius when it comes to security systems and IT work,” Logan replied. We really need to staff up the security team quickly so we need to move on Lucky and Troy if you’re okay with that, Josh,” Logan stated.

“Hey, it’s your show, guys. We hired you giving you the power to hire and fire whoever so go to it,” I replied. Logan did say that I suggested that Lucky and Troy be SE corporate employees and not employees of the dorm, but to be assigned to build the dorm team first and monitor it for some time until we needed them elsewhere. “Yeh, I guess that was right so technically we have to hire them for SE then assign them to you. Got it, and I’ll get on it. I’ll get with Taylor and get that started. That way they can be shareholders and make the next initiation, just like you three,” I chided. They looked a little concerned about the initiation ceremony, Tex starting with some questions. I told them they would have absolutely no problem with the initiation ceremony. They were still a little curious but decided it should be okay. I chuckled.

Just so happened that Troy and Lucky stopped by just now as part of their patrolling our area to make sure everything was in good shape. Actually, they were in hopes we would show them the security systems. I got hugs from both of them then got hold of Garth who said he’d come and fetch them. Johnny had just come down also. Garth said he’d take everyone to the commend center which was behind the offices through a door that wasn’t marked. There were two double locked doors leading into the command center so it was totally secure. One would never know it was there had they not been invited in to see it.

“What’s Conner and Neal going to do when they find out they’re losing both Lucky and Troy, Josh?” Logan asked. I smiled.

“Actually, if they decide to come, I have to go talk to Conner and tell him the news. Don’t know what that’s going to be like. He’s probably thinking, as much as we care about those two, they ultimately would end up with us at some point in time. I doubt if it’d be that much of a surprise to him. Neal, I’m not so sure,” I replied. Logan and Clark smiled, asking me why it had to be me that talked to Conner. I sighed. “Because of our close friendship, I guess. I just feel like I owe that to him and not have it dumped on him cold turkey. It’ll be fine, and he’ll appreciate my notice. It’s not like I’m gloating, that I stole them or anything. It’s a better opportunity for them and chances are they won’t get shot at in these jobs,” I replied. That seemed to make sense to them.

All of sudden we heard alarms go off like a fire alarm or something. We all ran out of the office to see what the heck was going on just in time to see Auggie and Trevor run by the office naked and into the cafeteria hallway. I know we all could have asked WTF. We all kind of stood there in suspense as to what happened. Soon, Troy and Luckly appeared with the two naked boys laughing.

“So what the hell just happened?” I had to ask Lucky. He laughed.

“Garth wanted to try out the alarm system for incidences so he wanted a couple of guys to do something crazy. He thought of Trevor and Auggie right away. They streaked down the hallway and the alert system sounded the alarm and we were dispatched to apprehend them. Kind of proved the system works anyway,” Lucky replied. Logan, Clak and I shook our heads, just as Jake and Will came running up to see what was going on. They couldn’t figure out why Auggie and Trevor were naked. I had to explain it to them. Although somewhat shocked at what happened, we were excited to know the system did exactly what it was programmed to do. Troy said that came up on the middle screen in the command center immediately, and captured their pictures and facial identity. He said it was amazing. I know I was impressed.

All the excitement over, it was near beer-thirty so I headed back to the CNB, anxious to see what happened with Lat this afternoon. He was there waiting for us to return. It wasn’t 5:00 yet so we went back to the office so Jordan and Nate could hear what Lat had to say. Lat seemed happy, so I assumed he got into law school, but I wasn’t sure what they had planned for him with his advanced knowledge. Chapter 837 - F

I got in just so you know. The dean told me he’d never met anyone quite like me before in his entire career. I went through a battery of tests starting out with some, what I considered easy ones, but then later told they were placement tests given during the start of third year law school to measure progress. He said after that, they gave me end of third-year progress testing. The dean told me I aced all those tests so they gave me a comprehensive test for graduating students. He said I only missed two questions on the entire test and they were specific to your state so he knew I probably wouldn’t know those, but said the argument I made for my position on the case I commented on, was compelling, one he hadn’t thought of and in theory could be argued, so in his mind I aced that one also. He said he was going to have to give this some serous thought as to where to place me, what classes I should take because of my advanced knowledge. I told him I needed to be polished as I was a bit rough. That made him laugh, saying the most polished lawyers he knew would trade their polish for my knowledge of the law. He told me a lot of Harvard Law school graduates didn’t have half the knowledge I appeared to have. Needless to say, I told him I really needed some work on courtroom etiquette, state law here in this state and whatever else he thought would be of benefit to me. He even offered me a job to teach undergraduate law, legal theory. Sounded kind of fun but I told him I was working for you guys, and I wasn’t sure if I’d have time. He said he’d love to have me but then almost any Attorneys at Law firm would love to have me. He even joked that should I ever be appointed to the supreme court of the United States, I might be one of the smarter justices on the court. Can you believe that? I told him I’d have to bone up on constitutional law some, but I could possibly do it. He just laughed. Anyway, he’s going to figure out some kind of curriculum for me, but he told me I was definitely in and he was proud to have me as a law student here at Uni and possibly part of the faculty if I’d reconsider teaching some. It might be kind of interesting, but then I want to get deeply involved in SE so we’ll see. Maybe if there is a night class of some type, I could help out,” Lat surmised. Nate and Jordan shook their heads in astonishment.

“Gees when I think of all the hours Swain and I studied in law school and how hard the tests were driving us all crazy studying, and you, Lat, you read a whole law library, took pre-law in a community college, and here you are about to test your way out of a major state run university law school, it just blows me away,” Jordan said shaking his head.

Bryce said it was a warm, welcoming and caring world thanks to me. “I sure hope you’re right, but if you two need anything, don’t hesitate to ask as you’re both very special to me,” I assured them.

Chapter 838 – Questions Answered and Philosophies Shared

“I have been, and endured a lot of grief at times for that, but I always stuck by him. Sometimes I have to ask myself why after all the grief he’s given me lately. Still, I think he’s a decent guy, he’s just going through some kind of crazy phase right now, and It’s better I’m not part of it,” Roger commented.

“Well you can hang with us tonight if you want to,” I told Troy who welcomed the idea and thanked me for it. “I’m sure Zach and Brady are going to the house tonight to swim, and Terry, Colt and Jake are going to work out at the Arena, so It’ll probably be just Lat and me. I’m never sure about Dylan and Garth but they might be here also. I’m not sure when Dale and Cam will be by to collect Lat as he’s staying with them tonight, I think,” I replied. Lat told me I could drop him off at their apartment anytime I wanted to as they gave him a key. Kyle and Blake said they’d take him back with them since they lived beside Dale and Cam or he could stay as late as he wanted. Even Troy said he was in the same complex so he could take him home when he left. “Well, it sounds like you have all kinds of options, Lat, so I don’t think transportation will be any problem,” I chided. We all agreed.

“Would it be possible for me to get your advice tonight on my business course schedule for my first semester, Josh? I don’t want to ruin any plans you might have but I wanted to get your advice on my course schedule and then I had something else to talk to you about also that Roger is interested in as well,” Bryce piped up. I told him that would be fine as there was nothing earth shattering going on finally.

We finished eating and different ones took off like Will and Logan. Clark had joined us also and left with Will and Logan telling me that Cooper would be home soon. I gave them all a hug telling all I’d see them tomorrow. Bryce, Roger, Lat, Troy and I made our way upstairs prepared to relax as Terry, Colt and Jake got ready to go to the Arena. I could tell Roger was interested in this conversation, but Bryce didn’t really seem into it, like this was another world he didn’t know anything about and it wasn’t exactly one he wanted to know about. “Amazing. I thought you had something up your sleeve to try to schmooze Tuck. Sounds like it worked. I guess that goes back to your undercover training. You were playing undercover at the open house with Tuck and then later you were totally undercover naked with Forest. Nice going, Cal,” I replied. He said he thought so also. “So do you have a game plan for coming out to Tuck?” I asked. Cal frowned.

“I’m working on it, but not getting too much encouragement from Forest, as you might imagine. Might have to get you involved in helping me with that project. Forest thinks if he comes out to Tuck, Tuck will believe that the stories about him and Dave are true, and think he still might be having a relationship with him. We both know that’s not true, but it bothers Forest to think that Tuck might not trust him anymore if he was to come out of the closet before Dave graduates and goes to the NBA,” Cal replied.

“Well hell, that’s not for a couple more years. You guys don’t need to wait that long. That’s not right,” I replied. Cal agreed, but said the problem was convincing Forest.

“Hey, I’m ready to let those that are close to me know, but then most of you close to me already know. You’re the only one that knows I’m sleeping with Forest, you and Jake and well then there’s Will which means Logan knows, but I’m not sure who else. No one in the Bureau knows because I have them so confused as to what role I’m playing, and where, to gain information I need on cases as they all quit guessing since I was someone different almost every day. They’re all confused and quit trying to figure it out, only I’m pretty sure most of them think I’m straight or at least A-sexual with all the long hours I work and the work we do. Forest is a different story, but I told him I wasn’t shy about telling everyone who I loved who I was. I just need him to grow some bigger balls and do the same,” Cal told me.

“Well, I can see his point, and I can see your point also. None of it’s easy either way. If it were me, I would want to rip that band-aid off, let the chips fall where they may and get it over with. But that’s me, and I know Forest is afraid he’ll lose his dream job of coaching and coaching the nation’s number one team at the moment. I’m sure he’d love to keep that job as long as he could. I really don’t see that being a problem with Tuck overall, but then Tuck has to answer to the chairman of the athletic board. I don’t see why it couldn’t stay under the radar like don’t ask don’t tell with Tuck knowing about it. I think Forest is more worried about Tuck than anyone, and I’m sure he’d be fine or he and I would be on the outs which he would never let happen,” I replied. Cal kind of chuckled over that statement.

“So he asked me what if it were well know that the assistant coach of the national champion Uni basketball team was gay, would that hinder any recruitment ability of him to recruit new players to the team. I told him I thought the championship status of the team and his contribution to the overall national record would be enough to recruit about anyone that wanted to play for the best team in the nation. I don’t know Josh, the nervous ninny is still very much concerned about it. I told him if it caused too many problems, he could always find another job doing something else. He said leaving his dream job would be like cutting off his dick. Gees ow, I would never want that to ever happen, trust me on that one,” Cal assured me. I shook my head.

“I can see his point. Do I think anything would change much? No, I don’t. I don’t think anyone gets that upset about that shit these days. It is what it is and all of us should be allowed to love who we want to love regardless. There are laws that protect jobs not to discriminate. He should be fine,” I replied.

“There are laws against discrimination and he would have a damn strong case if it came to that, but we all know that’s not how it really works. They make your life so miserable you don’t want to work there anymore. Tuck wouldn’t trust him. The team wouldn’t trust him and that would just kill Forest. You and I both know that, Josh. He’d resign for the good of the team and for Tuck’s sake so Tuck didn’t have to defend him against a hostile faculty. Maybe they’d pay him a large amount to disappear. I don’t know but it all haunts Forest continually. I just wish I could make all his concerns go away. The only thing I can do is just love him as much as I can whenever I can. So far it’s working, but who knows for how long until we make a mistake somewhere and the whole thing comes crashing down. Sorry, I was excited to see you and now I’ve drowned you in downers. You don’t need our problems on your shoulders anymore than we need them,” Cal replied. I had to hug him.

“Hey, I love you both so your problems are my problems, and we’ll learn to make the best of them as much as we can. Everything is moving smoothly at the moment and you’re in good with Tuck. I carry a lot of weight with Tuck also and have got him to move in areas no one else thought was possible. If I have to intercede, I’m there in full force just so you know. Let me know if anything goes haywire and I’ll jump into action,” I assured Forest. I got another hug. “In the meantime don’t wear your dicks and asses out too much,” I said, making him chuckle then tell me he loved me.

We had a brief senior staff meeting luncheon where Lat brought the whole staff up to date on his situation. We also talked about the Key West project. I reminded them I would be gone on Wednesday, but be back late afternoon sometime. Taylor told me he was headed to the dorm after lunch which I told him I was also while I awaited a call from my legal beagles on the number they arrived at to give us a starting point for our offer. I remembered what Greg told me that Morty wasn’t going to haggle if it was in the ball park. I just prayed we’d be there where he imagined us to be.

Taylor followed me to the dorm. I asked him how the workout went with Jake, Terry and Colt last night. He chuckled. “It was fun, just like old times actually. I see a lot of promise in Jake and Terry this coming year, Josh. Both have really improved, not that they were bad to begin with. Hell they’ve been great, and now they’re even better. They impress the hell out of me. Colt just kind of watched as he’s one of your swimmers but we showed him what he could do for upper body strength, which he could use for swimming. He’s a nice young man and I think will do well for you this year. Let’s hope anyway,” Taylor told me.

“I heard you guys didn’t get to shower together last night. I’ll bet that really disappointed you, didn’t it?” I asked, making him laugh.

“You mean they didn’t get a chance to molest me in the showers last night. Those boys can really get you going and sometimes it’s hard to stop them as it feels so damned good as you very well know having done it to me also,” he said with a huge smile. I told him he loved it and he knew it. He just laughed, and said if he didn’t love me so much he could have pressed charges against me, That made me really laugh along with him. “They tried to get me to come and shower at your apartment but I knew how that would end up. Ellie came over after I got home so I knew I had to have some reserve to take care of her. I tell you, handling her is a lot different than you guys handling me. I’m not sure which I enjoy more,” he teased making me laugh. “No, it’s all great and you guys are the best. I can’t help but love you guys so much. You have kept me happy over the years when there was a time I wasn’t so happy, especially with Tuck. I’m so grateful you were able to turn his ass around and make him into the man and now great friend you did, Josh. I owe you a lot for that,” Taylor told me very seriously. I told him it was all of us as a team. “Bullshit, you got his attention and turned his ass around. It never would have happened without your persistence and drive. I thought you’d quit long before you did, but you persevered and turned his ass around finally. Now look at him. He’s a great guy doing a great job. That Forest seems like a great guy also. Tuck is lucky to have him for sure. Ellie and I got to talk to him and your FBI friend some at the open house. He’s kind of a fun guy to be around also. I can see why you enjoyed working with him, except you scared the shit out of us thinking you might get hurt with all the crazy shit you guys did to take down that crime ring. So glad that shit’s over with,” Taylor remarked. “Is Forest married or what’s his story?” Taylor asked me. “Ellie and I thought he might be nice to get to know where maybe, Tuck, Millie, Ellie and I could all go out together with Forest and his wife, girlfriend, whatever. I never heard about his situation,” Taylor asked me. I chuckled.

“Forest is married alright. He’s married to the game of basketball just like Tuck only maybe more so. He eats, sleeps and fucks basketball, Taylor. No, he’s single and it’s probably good he is, as I doubt if any woman could enjoy being around him as much as he’s into basketball. We thought Tuck was bad, but Forest is way worse,” I told Taylor.

“I remember those days, Josh. It’s a wonder Tuck’s still married, but then the season hasn’t started yet. There’s still time for Millie to end up hating him when that starts,” Taylor chided. I told him that was the truth.

“So what’s the story with you and Ellie? Kind of a hot looking young lady you found there, Taylor,” I commented, making him smile.

“We’re getting along just fine, thank you. She and I have a lot in common and she loves my gymnastics chest which is why I have to keep working out with Jake and Terry to keep my manly physique,” he boasted, making me chuckle.

“Can’t say as I blame her for that, as I kind of like it too,” I chided. He laughed.

“I guess you did. I still can’t believe we had sex at Tuck’s wedding,” he said somewhat embarrassed. I reminded him it was twice, once in bed and once in the shower. He shook his head. “Okay, well it was kind of nice sharing with you like that. Can’t say that it should ever happen again, but I can say I’m not sorry it did. As much as I love you anyway, it was just kind of special sharing that with you, Josh. I have to say though, that ass of yours was a lot tighter than Eillie’s vagina for sure, but then I like her titties too. Don’t worry, I’ll always love you, but I think I might be in love with Ellie,” Taylor replied.

“Needless to say I’m extremely happy for you, Taylor. I hope everything works out between the two of you and you are very happy together. I want to come to the wedding whenever that happens,” I told him making him smile.

“Hell if there ever is a wedding, you’ll be in it. You might have to sleep with me the night before just to keep me calm,” he chided. I told him I didn’t think that would be a good idea as he was too irresistible and we might get in trouble. “Anything with you is all good, Josh. At least for me it is. I couldn’t be happier.”

“Maybe Jake and Terry should sleep with you the night before, then you’d really be in trouble,’ I chided. Taylor said he could only imagine what that might be like, but it did have promise. I hugged him and told him I loved him.

Like HF and Thanatos, it was interesting learning more about Bryce. He does seem to be very wholesome and not ashamed he is who he is. He definitely understands what love should be in a relationship, straight or gay. He's not embarrassed in the least to stand up and say what it should be. My guess is that Bryce and Josh will become very close friends. Their relationship will be very respectful and caring for one another but probably not sexual. They both think and feel so much alike. about love and relationships. It was interesting to hear about his girlfriend in high school and how she was continually trying to get at his cock. All the guys I knew in high school were more than willing to give their cock to almost any girl to get laid. Good for him though. I really like Bryce. He's such a refreshing character.

Jace needs to get his act together or lose Troy. Troy wants meaning and love in a relationship. Bryce was spot on as far as his advice to Troy. I'm pretty sure Troy will have the talk with Jace. But, I'm not so sure Jace will understand it like he should. Like Troy said, it was too bad Roger wasn't gay. Roger being gay woulld make an excellent partner for Troy. Maybe FT will work his magic and convert Jace? Craizer thngs have happened in this story for sure. One thing is for sure and that's Troy still deeply cares for Josh. I doubt that will ever change. I think Troy uses Josh as a model for what he's looking for in a partner.

Greetings, guys. I made my self-imposed deadline this week so I have another chapter for you. Thanks again for your comments on the last chapter. Bryce is a great guy and has a big heart. He will be a significant character going forward by all means. Josh likes him the more he's around him. There is nothing superficial about Bryce at all which really impresses Josh and others. Meanwhile Jace keeps digging a deeper hole. Where he lands we don't quite know, but he's not helping himself.

In this next chapter we clean up a couple of things then move on. I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving for those of you that are in the states and the rest of you have a great week also. Chapter 839 – Lat’s Revelation and A Deal Is Presented

I enjoyed talking to Taylor, one on one, before we went inside the dorm. We didn’t often get a chance to be alone together other than the one time I slept with him. I was so glad to have him in the company as he was such a dear friend and brother. He was always there for me, and I would never forget that.

Taylor was there to meet with Lucky and Troy, who had yet to show up. He had their compensation packages with him to review with them individually. They were due to stop by anytime from what Taylor told me. I went to the office to see Will, Logan and Clark who were busy looking at schedules they were preparing for when we opened. I got a hug from all three of them. I didn’t want to bother them in the middle of something as important as that, so I went to find Jake. He was further down in the lobby talking to Allen. Allen leaped into my arms and gave me a big kiss.

“Hey, Josh, this thing is just about ready to pop, you know that?” Allen told me. “I mean it’s really coming together. Can’t wait to see it open and thriving. It’s going to be so cool. I mean we’re almost near capacity in leases. Logan held a few back because he knew we’d need them later and we’re already getting requests. Sad, but the University Housing enrolment is down this year due to us, but then that was to be expected. Remember the crummy dorms we lived in our first year and the cafeteria we ate in, compared to this place. I mean this is like a luxury hotel compared to what we lived in,” Allen told me. I smiled.

“Hey, our dorm room has a lot of sentimental value to me. Don’t forget you lost your cherry in that room which made it even more special,” I reminded him. I got a kiss and a hug for that.

“Not to mention Erin living there with us making it even more fun, then Kevin and Eric next door who tormented me with you for the longest time. Gees, I was crazy for holding out as long as I did,” Allen commented. I told him he sure was.

“Don’t forget how you tormented Eric in the bathroom shower in the morning with all of us piled into that one little shower. Damn, those were some good times to remember, Allen. Great times in my mind. I’m sure there will be great memories here also for the group of students that will occupy our rooms and enjoy the great amenities here,” I remarked. Allen said for sure.

“Josh, I think we missed the boat on something. I think we should have had one floor of this building devoted to gay dudes. Wouldn’t that be crazy?” Allen chided. I told him it definitely would be, and probably not a good idea. They could come to the CNB on Gay Night and find one another there. Allen agreed.

I saw Troy and Lucky come through the front door. I went to greet them, getting hugs and kisses from them. I patted Troy on his ass making him smile, remembering the special time we had together last night. I took them to the office meet Taylor.

“So, I heard you were going to deliver the news to Conner that we were resigning our positions in the police department, turning in our badges to go to work for you. Do you need some backup as all hell might break loose,” Luckly volunteered. I chuckled.

“I’m just going to level with him ahead of time as I don’t want him to have a heart attack when the two of you walk into his office and resign. He needs a heads-up on this news, don’t you think?” I asked the two. Lucky smiled.

“You are so thoughtful when it comes to Conner, and I have to agree with you. He’s always treated me well, and I have the upmost respect for him. Kind of a shame I won’t get to dick with Neal in the locker room anymore as that was so much fun,” Lucky chided. Troy shook his head, knowing just exactly how worked up Neal got with Lucky teasing him.

I took Troy aside while Taylor talked to Lucky and gave him his compensation package. Lucky looked extremely pleased as they talked. He seemed to get more excited as they continued to talk. In the meantime, I asked Troy if he had a good night. “I did have a great night thanks to you, Josh. In fact, it was a wonderful night which makes me think I need to do something with Jace and soon. He called me late last night wanting to know what was so important I couldn’t fuck his ass. Can you believe that? Needy little ass he has, I’ll tell you. I told him I was with you discussing my future. He wanted to know what that was all about. I told him I wasn’t free to discuss it yet as it was confidential. He seemed a little miffed, thinking if he and I were fucking, we should be able to share almost anything with one another. I told him we were just friends at this point as he didn’t seem to have any romantic, caring compassion for what we were doing, just thinking it was sex. He told me he loved having sex with me. I told him, that was just it, he loved sex, but not necessarily me and my care for him. He was a bit stymied by that response. Then he changed the subject asking if you and I had sex together while discussing my future. I told him that was none of his business. Then I told hm that Roger and Bryce were there before you and I got to talk, as they had questions for you on what courses he should take and then about becoming a shareholder of SE. Then he got pissed saying if Roger was there, then why the hell couldn’t he be there also, as that wasn’t fair letting Roger hang with me while he was at home jerking off to the sex we had together. I told him he was way off base as Roger had questions for you also, Josh. Then he wanted to know what kind of questions Roger had. I told him that was between Roger and you, and none of my business. Then he said the whole damn thing was just shit and he should have been there also. He said Roger needed to keep his dick out of everyone else’s business anyway. Jace said he should have been with me. I told him I had things to do that didn’t involve him and wouldn’t involve him ever so he might as well get used to it or find someone else to fuck his ass. Then he goes as far as to ask who else I thought might want to fuck him. I told him this conversation was ridiculous, I was done talking about it and he needed to grow up. Then he starts cussing and I hung up on him. I get a text after several attempts to call me back saying he was sorry and didn’t want to piss me off, but I should have known being someplace with Roger and not with him would piss him off. I didn’t answer his text thinking it was better to ignore him because nothing I had to say was going to make a difference anyway.

“Wow, sounds like he’s definitely jealous. Roger had nothing to do with you being there last night. He was just with Bryce asking questions about becoming shareholders. It had nothing to do with you at all. I mean he was friendly and all, but it wasn’t like you two were hanging out together, as it was all of us,” I explained.

“Exactly, Josh. He’s just being childish. Look at all the messages I got from him today,” Troy said, then showed me his phone. He had a couple of pages of IM’s on his phone from Jace. “At least he’s being a little more apologetic now going from absolute rage to please take me back as I don’t have anyone else. So I guess I’m only needed because he doesn’t have anyone else to fuck his sorry ass. That should really make me feel loved over and over, doesn’t it?” Troy asked. I shook my head chuckling.

“You were right, Troy. The boy lacks maturity. Here you have Roger and Jace, both the same age, childhood friends that should know one another inside and out. One is deeply caring and appreciative of almost everything and the other is selfish and uses people. How in the hell did they ever survive as friends together?” I asked rhetorically. Troy chuckled, replying he wished he knew, but that just blew him away.

Lucky was done talking to Taylor and came out of an inner office telling Troy, “Next victim” indicating to Troy it was his turn with Taylor. I patted Troy on the back and told him to go find out about his future. Troy left and then closed the door to Taylor’s temporary office. Lucky picked me up in a big hug. “I couldn’t be happier, Josh. There is so much advantage to working for SE. Damn, you should have hired me a long time ago and spared me getting shot,” Lucky chided. I told him had I known he might be shot, I would have. We chuckled about it. “Hey, this is a great opportunity, and I want you to know, I’m you’re personal bodyguard as well as head of security. If anyone gives you any shit, you let me know and it’s handled,” he assured me. I told him, with all the great people I hung around with, I didn’t see anyone having any reason to give me any shit. “I agree with you there, but you just never know,” he replied.

“Are you okay with me greasing the skids by going down to the station and letting Conner in on what’s taking place?” I asked. He cringed at first.

“Yeh, I guess that’s the next step, but I appreciate you running interference on that for Troy and me. I don’t know how he’ll react, but if you break the news to him, I think it would help tremendously as he’s one of your biggest fans as you’re well aware of. Just think, Conner has to be the one to break it to Neal. I guess I should give Neal a big show in the locker room before I go, leaving him something to remember me by,” Lucky chided.

“Hell, you should probably bend him over and fuck him so he’d really remember you then,” I chided. Lucky’s face got the biggest smile. “Better not as Conner might not appreciate that too much, although he just might. Who knows?” I replied. We both laughed.
