Vince Zampella, video game designer, in a car crash aged 55.

"...in 2003, Bardot published a book attacking the LGBTQ+ community, calling gay men "fairground freaks" and mocking their "little castrato voices."

When activists protested, she defended herself with the classic "I am entirely surrounded by homos" line - essentially saying she loved her quiet gay friends while attacking visible queer culture and LGBTQ+ rights.

She was fined multiple times by French courts for inciting hatred, married a far-right political advisor, and just weeks before her death published derogatory remarks about gay and transgender people.

The woman who represented freedom spent her later years resenting others exercising that same freedom. She championed her own sexual liberation while opposing marriage equality and LGBTQ+ visibility."

I am not shedding any tears for this vicious woman. I hope she is in a level of Hell only occupied by liberal, screaming homosexuals and in your face trans people.

BB was admired and remembered for her movies and beauty in her young days
not for her later life or old age stubborness.

To my mind she was merely wank fodder for men of a certain age.
I had never given her much thought but hearing her vile homophobic views I am glad I never wasted any energy on her
