Oliver is on the left in this (although from a different movie). he was also in Sex Revolution but I don't think that was ever digitally remastered for DVD so all still are hazy

"Pleasure Express" has an IMDB entry (of all things) and might at least solve your mystery of why he was cut from the DVD release:

The originally released video featured two scenes with Oliver Krist. Because of missing paperwork U.S.C. record keeping requirements could not be met and the video had to be "recalled" and re-cut. The film is now missing its final sixth episode. Oliver Krist was also edited out of the first scene. The default running time of the cut re-release is 67 minutes.
