Thanks, Ronboy, for letting me know this was from a movie. I'll check to see if pornhub has the" Meter Reader", they seem to have a ton of old ones. I believe that's "Meter Man 2" (from 1979), at least according to this gayeroticvideo entry for it and this IAFD entry for it. Seems to be a bit hard to find as it was a "film short" (from GEVI, "Series of shorts, some of these were collected into videos. After the merger of Griffin International and Magnum Studios these films were released under the new label of Magnum Griffin") but some of them considered "promotional" to sell their other stuff. I've never seen it in video form and it didn't seem to make it into the later Magnum Griffin bundled-up "collections", but instead whenever I search I just see a lot of people asking about that particular scene online as comments for the ones that DO exist.
Wild to think physical copies of that "film loop" must exist out there somewhere in private collections, etc. or masters living with Magnum Griffin. Maybe by now gone from many warehouses or storage unless it's private storage from collectors of gay-interest stuff or vendors with vast and unorganized collections. How much of it is corroding or decomposing in metal tin film cans by now? In the absence of any official packaging or release, I like to think that maybe someday some wealthy older gay dude will do a complete digitization "project" or clean out of his collection before throwing it out or downsizing/nursing home life, and we'll reap the benefits his collection in a modern digital format - but unless they recognize the historical value and pass it on, connecting that kind of demographic and purchaser with modern digitization tools and the online scene might be a challenge. Sad to think things like this might be "lost" entirely, eventually.
