Of course he pled not guilty.

Might not be polite...but neither is denying over 30% of claims and allowing people to either suffer or die. Oh. and of course since his target also fucked a lot of people of money by insider trading, he was acting on behalf of the shareholders, because we know the fucking US government won't.

Well it will definitely be grounds for appeal if he is convicted.

But I suspect it will just be a show trial anyway...although I have some doubts that they will find a jury that will convict him of terrorism.
 
Um, he is NOT a terrorist. He is simply a murderer. Terrorist can receive the death penalty and thus why the us government is pusing to make this a terrorist act.
